Ski-in/ski-out via a private easement leading directly to the Home Again Trail — a dedicated access point that separates this from shared-path resort properties. The ski locker room with custom lockers and boot dryers on the lower level completes the setup for back-to-back ski days.
At 5,000+ sq ft across three levels, this is one of the largest and most comprehensively appointed homes at Whitefish Mountain Resort. The main floor integrates a Thermador kitchen, dining for 16 at a single table, a built-in wet bar, and a 70" gas fireplace framed by floor-to-ceiling windows — purpose-built for groups that want to gather rather than scatter.
The heated, covered main floor patio adds 1,000+ sq ft of outdoor living with an 8-person hot tub, outdoor gas fireplace, and dining space — functional year-round, not just in peak ski season.
Two king primary suites, one on the main level and one on the upper level with an oversized walk-in closet, means two sub-groups can each anchor a private space. The bunk room includes a lofted play area, making it purpose-built for families with kids.
Lower level is fully equipped for downtime: game room with ping pong, gaming system, and 75" TV; home gym with free weights and yoga equipment; and a queen sleeper sofa for overflow sleeping.
Radiant floor heating on every level and in-ceiling Sonos throughout are the two infrastructure details that separate this home from comparable-sized properties at this resort.

Getting to the property

Montana is Big Sky Country and the best way to explore all its beauty is to have your own car. We highly recommend a 4WD vehicle in the winter and guests of Big Sky & Whitefish do have several shuttle options if your preference is not to drive. Make sure to reserve your rental car early.

Guests & Occupancy

  • Primary Guest must be 18+, must match the credit card holder, and must stay at the property for the duration of the reservation. Reservations for unaccompanied minors are prohibited and will result in eviction with forfeiture of all charges.
  • Occupancy must not exceed the number stated on the reservation; no exceptions.
  • Primary Guest is responsible for all occupants and invitees, including damages, violations, and charges.
  • Additional unapproved guests may result in extra per-person charges, fines, or eviction without refund.
  • Residential use only. No parties or gatherings unless pre-approved in writing. Violations may result in eviction and additional charges.
  • Property must be used lawfully and with care; misuse of appliances or systems resulting in damage will be charged.

  • Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited unless pre-approved in writing.
  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Violations: $250 fine after first warning; third violation = eviction without refund.
  • Excessive noise, illegal activity, or disturbances may result in immediate eviction and additional charges.

Prohibited Activities

  • Pets: Only allowed in designated pet-friendly properties with prior written approval + $200/pet fee. Unauthorized pets: $1,000 cleaning fee + eviction without refund.
  • Service animals: Allowed with required documentation; Guest responsible for any damages or additional cleaning.
  • Smoking/vaping: Strictly prohibited. Evidence of smoking results in a $1,000 cleaning fee. No incense or oil lamps.
  • Illegal activity: Strictly prohibited; may result in eviction without refund and additional charges.
  • Fire hazards: No candles (except approved outdoor/emergency use).
  • Vehicles: No RVs, trailers, or campers. No vehicle repairs on-site.
  • Other restrictions: Violations of the agreement may result in fees up to 3× the daily rental rate and/or eviction.

  • Seasonal/vehicle requirements: 4WD/high-clearance vehicles recommended; no refunds for road/weather conditions.
  • Hot tubs _(if equipped)_: Use at your own risk. No children under 16 without adult supervision. Misuse or excessive dirtiness: $50 service fee; damaged cover = replacement cost.
  • Appliances & systems: Must be used properly; Guest is responsible for misuse, damage, and repair costs.
  • Internet/WiFi: Speeds not guaranteed; no refunds or relocation for connectivity issues.
  • Equipment issues: Must be reported immediately; failure to report may result in charges.
  • Parking: Only designated areas allowed. Violations may result in towing at the guest's expense. Lost parking pass: $300 fee.

  • Key/parking pass return: Parking pass must be left in unit; $300 fee if lost.
  • Checkout time: 10:00 AM. Late checkout without approval: hourly fees (minimum 1 hour); after 2:00 PM = full day charge.
