Neighborhood: Kolopa - Convenient access to sunny, stunning beaches like Poipu, Kiahuna, Shipwreck, and Baby Beach. Casual and fine dining, a gourmet farmers’ market, upscale shopping, art galleries, and live music and hula shows are within walking distance, at the Shops at Kukui\`ula. First-class golf is also nearby, along with opportunities for stand-up paddling, surfing, whale watching (in season), hiking, and horseback riding. A short car ride leads to attractions such as historic Old Koloa Town, the Spouting Horn blowhole, and coffee farm tours, while slightly longer drives lead to other Kauai highlights like Waimea Canyon and the lush north shore.

We absolutely loved our stay in this home! The open concept that opens to the outside created an absolute dream space for a dream Hawaiian vacation. We sat outside every night and at least a small part of every day. We cooked on the grill, enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi, and mostly dreamed about staying longer. The team at Elite Pacific was super helpful and attentive and went the extra mile to make sure our stay was everything it could be. Wish we were still there, we'll be back! Mahalo!

- Please note that a mandatory mid-stay cleaning fee of $250 plus tax applies to all stays of 14 days or longer.
- The property is for the sole use as a personal vacation residence for families and responsible adults. Commercial, business or event use is strictly prohibited unless previously agreed to in writing, extra charges may apply.
- Guest’s rental charges are based on normal utility usage. We recommend turning off air conditioning when gone, and that all doors and windows are shut if the air conditioning is on. In the event that Guest’s usage results in unusually high charges, Guest agrees to pay for the additional charges beyond those deemed normal for the Property. A 4.5% Payment Processing Fee will be added to this charge. Stays of greater than 30 days may be subject to a utility cap.
- KEY is not responsible for mail or deliveries sent to the property before, during or after Guest stays.
- Out of respect for the neighborhood and to comply with Short Term Vacation Rental regulations, we ask that excessive noise be kept to an absolute minimum.
- All contents of the house, including books, cds and dvds, are provided for your full enjoyment for use during your stay. Please note: A full inventory of the house is taken. Please let us know ahead of time if something is broken or lost, it is very much appreciated.
- It is a tradition in Hawaii to remove your shoes before entering a home. Kindly remove shoes upon entering the home.
- Please do not move any furniture around to avoid damaging floors or furniture. Also, please use caution when eating or drinking near any furniture, upholstery, or bedding. Please do not put any wet clothes, bathing suits on the furniture or balcony and/or lanais rails. Interior furniture is to be used only inside. Moving furniture is discouraged. When moving dining chairs or bar stools, please be careful to avoid floor damage. Use lanai furniture on lanai only.
- Please shake out all of your towels and sandy clothes. Please rinse off by the outside shower.
- Beach towels have been provided for your enjoyment. Please do not use the regular towels for the beach use. Remember to shake off sand before bringing them into the house to put in the washing machine.
- Beach equipment may be available at the property for use during your stay. By using this equipment, the Guest agrees to follow all manufacturer instructions and safety guidelines and assumes all liability for any loss, damages, or injuries incurred while using it. Guests are also responsible for rinsing off and returning all equipment after each use.
- Washer and Dryer: Please use with care. Never put sandy towels or shoes in the machines. This can result in damaging the machine. Please make sure the lint trap is cleaned after each dry cycle.
- When leaving the home unattended, or during the night, please close and lock all windows and doors. Be cautious with your personal belongings at all times.
- Please clean up spills immediately. If on linens, pillows etc. – Please wash asap to avoid stains.
- Please remember that the ocean has a strong current and powerful surf. Swim at your own risk. Swimming at “pounders beach” is not recommended except for experienced surfers. Swimming at night is especially dangerous and should not be done by anyone.
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Please be thoughtful of our neighbors, no loud music or excessive noise between the quiet hours.
