Things you need to know

This is a second floor condo of a duplex home. There is an additional neighboring duplex on this property.

The ground floor unit is also a rental; neighboring noise may be heard from time to time.

The outdoor shower is shared with the ground floor unit.

Your unit has a separate designated patio space with a BBQ and conversational seating for two. Guests will share gate access leading out to the boardwalk.

San Diego Airport flight path runs over South Mission Bay. Airplane noise may be heard; however, departing flights are not permitted between 11:30pm-6:30am.

This home is monitored by exterior surveillance cameras and interior noise monitoring devices.

Complimentary starter pack of amenities including rolls of paper towels, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, dishwashing liquid, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toilet paper, and detergent are provided. You are responsible for the purchase of any additional items you may require during your stay.

Restrictions

  • Guest’s personal property including vehicles are not insured by Management, Owner, or, if applicable, homeowner’s association against loss or damage due to fire, theft, vandalism, rain, water, criminal or negligent acts of others, or any other cause.
  • Owner and Management does not insure against personal injury to Guest, Guest’s visitors or licensees, due to any reason other than the condition of the premises.
  • It is recommended that Guest carry or obtain insurance to protect Guest, Guest’s visitors and licensees, and their personal property from any loss or damage.
  • No smoking is allowed on the premises.If smoking occurs on the premises, Guest is responsible for any and all damage caused by the smoking including but not limited to, stains, burns, odors, removal of debris, and any third party complaints and related damages.
  • Do not leave money or valuables unattended.
  • Lock all doors when you leave your accommodations.
  • Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
  • The property is not responsible for items left behind.
  • Persons under the age of 25 must be accompanied by adult guardian or parent at all times.
  • Loud noises, music, and/or loud vehicle noises are not permitted. If Guest violates this provision, Guest may be fined by Management.
  • Guest is responsible for cost of this cleaning. Cleaning fee is mandatory, nonnegotiable, and nonrefundable.
  • Guest shall properly use, operate, and safeguard the property including any landscaping, furniture, furnishings, appliances, and all mechanical, electrical, gas, and plumbing fixtures. Guest agrees to keep the property clean and sanitary.
  • Guest agrees that air conditioning shall not be set below 72 degrees.There are no refunds for lack of or malfunctioning HVAC units. Heat shall not be set above 80 degrees. All fan settings shall be set to "Auto." Doors and windows shall be closed when either heat or air conditioning is in operation.
