We stayed at many houses in EN and this one is definitely our favorite! Loved the open living room, great fireplace, comfy sofas but the best was the awesome and huge kid room with double bunks....stacked up with games, we had a blast in the house even on rainy, windy day.

Things you need to know
The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.
All linens and towels were provided.
There is an additional amenity fee to maintain the luxurious amenities.
This home has internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
We provide a starter set of toilet tissue, paper towels, bath toiletries, dish soap, and trash bags that are good for one or two nights. But if you are staying for an extended length of time, you should plan to bring some supplies from home or plan to purchase these items at a grocery store when you arrive.

Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard from 7 am-7 pm Monday through Saturday.
Restrictions

- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs.
- Guests are responsible for supplying all their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.)
- Please carefully check the number of people each unit sleeps as detailed in the website description. This represents the maximum number of people, including children, allowed to occupy the property and/or be upon the grounds of the property at any given time.
- All equipment in the unit should be in working order.
- Vacation rental home and is not intended to serve as an event venue.
- Persons with a communicable disease, open wounds, or any infection should not use the hot tub.
- Please be aware that some properties are not equipped with air conditioning. KEY is not responsible for weather conditions at the time of tenancy, and there will be no refunds or switching of properties due to lack of air conditioning.
- No smoking is allowed on the premises.
- Do not leave money or valuables unattended.
- Lock all doors when you leave your accommodations.
- The property is not responsible for items left behind.
- Persons under the age of 25 must be accompanied by adult guardian or parent at all times.
