"Our stay at this home was AWESOME! First off, shout out to Daniel (Property manager) for being so responsive, friendly and considerate! He was very welcoming (despite us arriving later than what we had anticipated) and responded to all of our questions and concerns within minutes. This is a BEAUTIFUL home! It was extremely clean and organized, as well as properly stocked with all the things one could ask for during a stay. The pool was a very lovely bonus for us too. The house had multiple ACs, which was great considering how warm and humid Costa Rica can be during this time of the year. The home is located in a private community that requires that you go through two security gates, which adds an extra layer of safety. I will say though that the distance between the first gate and the home isn't a short one, to put it best. However, this isn't a real issue as we were able to enjoy the beautiful views and magnificent homes throughout the route. Would definitely stay here again!"

_The Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club closes for two weeks in October (exact dates vary), but we give you access to Langosta Beach Club for a $10 entrance day pass (regularly $20). Enjoy the restaurant, bar, a beachfront pool, and kayak rentals, just 20 minutes from Pinilla._

Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Holiday dates are excluded from the cancellation policy, as all holiday bookings are non-refundable.
- With the exception of guests registered in the original booking number, outside visitors not pre-approved by the management are not allowed at any time inside the premises.
- We are a strictly non-smoking rental. We ask that you not smoke in the house at all. If evidence of smoking, such as the smell of cigarettes inside the home and/or cigarette burns on the furniture, is noticed by the cleaning crew there will be a $500 damage assessment.
- Pets are strictly not allowed unless otherwise discussed with the management before booking. We offer a selection of homes that are pet-friendly. Feel free to inquire with our reservations agents about pet-friendly homes. Please note that there is an extra charge for bringing pets to any of our properties.
- Our properties are part of beautiful residential neighborhoods where other residents are mutually respectful of each other’s privacy. We ask that you please refrain from having raucous late-night parties and especially from playing loud music or making excessive noise after 10 pm. or before 8 am.
- We ask that the occupants take full responsibility for securing their personal belongings. Please lock your valuables whenever leaving the house. The management is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items.
- The management is an ecologically minded business. We kindly request your agreement to the following energy conservation guidelines: When using the air-conditioning units, please remember to turn them off when not in use and keep usage to a minimum. Before leaving any room, please remember to switch off all lights. By following these recomendations, you contribute to our collective effort in conserving energy and promoting sustainability.
