Neighborhood: Solana Beach - Beach access stairs are located right at the edge of the property. - Del Mar Racetrack is only a 15-minute stroll away. - There are many restaurants and cafes for all tastes and budgets within easy walking distance, and dozens more just a short drive away. - Cedros Avenue’s fashionable shopping and Sunday's Farmer's Market are a close 10-minute walk away. Close by, on the 101, are many bike shops, including a bike rental on the corner of Lomas Santa Fe. - Downtown San Diego, SeaWorld, the San Diego Zoo, the San Diego Zoo Safari Park, and La Jolla are all an easy drive. - The Solana Beach train station is a 10-minute walk, so you can ride up to Disneyland or any of the other coastal towns easily and efficiently.
