What a great place to stay! Everything you could think of was provided! Full kitchen with every utensil you could ever need! Beach Chairs, Boogie boards, sand toys, etc. They even had an extra monitor and work station for my sister to work remotely. Having 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms gave our whole family comfort and privacy! And on the day it rained - we were able to sit in the living room and watch the waves from the huge sliding doors! Highly recommend!

San Diego Airport flight path runs over South Mission Bay. Airplane noise may be heard; however, departing flights are not permitted between 11:30pm-6:30am.
This home is monitored by exterior surveillance cameras and interior noise monitoring devices.

- Parties and large gatherings are prohibited. Violations result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of the rental amount and security deposit.

- These services are provided for convenience. Management is not liable for service disruptions, and no refunds will be given for outages or access issues.
- Properties may not have air conditioning. If present, AC should not be set below 72 degrees and heat not above 80 degrees. Doors and windows must be closed when in use. No refunds for HVAC issues.
- Guest parking is provided. Guests are responsible for finding alternative parking if needed and for any violations, tickets, or towing costs. Management is not liable for parking issues.
- Guests assume all risks from events beyond Management's control. Management is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience due to unforeseen events like weather, natural disasters, pandemics, pests, construction, public/private events, acts of God, wildfire/smoke, road closures, service interruptions, or other uncontrollable circumstances. Management also isn't responsible for travel restrictions, closures, or restrictions issued by public authorities. Conditions not suitable for certain activities do not warrant refunds.
- Guests permit the property manager to use a third-party service to verify their identity for reservation confirmation. Full terms of the verification process can be provided by the property manager. Guests should check their spam inbox for the verification email and contact the manager with any questions.
- San Diego enforces a strict noise ordinance from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Violations may result in fines, eviction, and forfeiture of the rental amount and security deposit.
- A valid credit card must be kept on file for security deposits or damage waivers. Any damages not covered by these will be charged to the credit card on file without notice. Guests consent to these charges for damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, fines, and removal costs.
- The property will be professionally cleaned before guest arrival. A mandatory, nonrefundable cleaning fee is charged at booking. If excessive cleaning is required due to guest use, additional costs will be charged.
- Guests receive a complimentary starter pack of amenities, including paper towels, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, dishwashing liquid, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toilet paper, and detergent. Guests must purchase additional items as needed.
- Pets are not allowed unless the property is designated as pet-friendly. Pre-authorization is required, and a $250 fee applies. Unauthorized pets will incur a $1,000 fee plus cleaning costs, immediate eviction, and forfeiture of all payments.
- Service animals are accommodated as per relevant laws. Requests should state the specific work or task the service animal performs. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by service animals. Emotional support animals are considered case-by-case with a prior request.
- Smoking is prohibited. Guests are liable for all smoking-related damages, including stains, burns, odors, debris removal, and third-party complaints. Immediate eviction and forfeiture of the rental amount and security deposit will occur if smoking is detected.
- Guests consent to receiving texts and emails regarding their reservation and related services. Standard message and data rates may apply. Guests can opt-out by contacting management.
- Guests must inspect the property upon arrival and report any issues in writing to Management. Existing issues do not entitle guests to cancel the agreement or receive a refund.
- Ongoing nearby construction is governed by local ordinances. Management will notify appropriate parties if regulations are violated but cannot control or be responsible for construction noise.
- Guests are responsible for their belongings. Management is not liable for lost, stolen, or abandoned items. A $25 handling fee and shipping costs apply for returning items. Unclaimed items may be donated, sold, or disposed of after 30 days.
- The property is for approved guests only. Unapproved guests incur a $250 per person per night fee and may lead to eviction and forfeiture of the rental amount and security deposit.
- Management is not liable for system failures (water, sewer, electrical, etc.). Management will attempt repairs promptly, but no refunds will be issued for system failures.
- Guests must comply with all rules and regulations. Commercial use is prohibited. Violations may result in eviction and forfeiture of the rental amount and security deposit.
- Guests must properly use and maintain the property, reporting any issues immediately. Guests are liable for repairs caused by misuse or negligence and must pay for damage caused by failing to report issues promptly.
- Accidental Damage Protection is included with the reservation as a non-refundable fee. Guests must report damages before check-out for coverage. Protection does not cover intentional damage, missing items, or pet-related damages. Additional charges apply for excess damage.
- Management has the right to enter the property with reasonable notice for repairs, inspections, or emergencies.
