Love the location and plenty of space! Game room and pool were perfect to keep everyone entertained while at the house. Would have loved ceiling fans or at least box fans in each bedroom. Might consider some texture strips to the stairs to prevent falls. Overall, highly recommend this property!

No Refund: Reservations canceled 59 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Things you need to know
All bed linens, kitchen towels and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, shampoo & conditioner, paper towels, etc. but please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.
A keypad is available 24 hours a day to provide entry for guests.
The house has been freshly painted inside and out in April 2019.
No additional charge for pool heating. In the event of unseasonably freezing or cold weather, it is possible that pool heating may not be operable or available, as heating temperatures typically only reach 15 - 20 degrees higher than current outside temps and may still not be warm enough to enjoy.
Restrictions
- All guests must comply with the City of Property Manager rules for number of guests and noise levels which are posted at the property.
- Guest agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
- Please be courteous and respectful of the other neighboring residents and guests. Any behavior that results in a complaint by a neighbor, building resident, or HOA is considered violation of this rule.
- If you have any issues during your stay, please notify us immediately.
- Smoking, Vaping, and Parties of any kind are strictly forbidden.
- Do not leave money or valuables unattended.
- Lock all doors when you leave your accommodations.
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- The property is not responsible for items left behind.
- Persons under the age of 25 must be accompanied by adult guardian or parent at all times.
- You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
