One minute from Whitefish Mountain Ski Resort — this is as close to the lifts as a private home gets at Whitefish. Glory Hole and the Big Mountain Express are steps away; no shuttle, no car, no planning required.
The master en-suite is the standout bathroom in the Whitefish portfolio at this size: jetted soaking tub, walk-in steam shower, and double vanity. The kind of detail that makes the end of a ski day genuinely restorative.
Fireplaces throughout the 3,635 sq ft home — the listing notes multiple fireplaces, with the great room fireplace anchoring the main entertaining space. Pool table and ping pong table make the lower level a destination on non-ski evenings.
Bunk room configuration with extended full-sized beds over queens makes this unusually well-suited for families with older kids or groups of friends who want real beds, not standard bunks.

Of course, you’ll also want to explore downtown Whitefish eateries and galleries and don’t miss Winter Carnival with a parade and skijoring! - In the summer, enjoy all the water sports imaginable at Whitefish Lake, or any of the 100+ lakes & rivers within 100 miles, including Flathead Lake, the largest freshwater lake west of the Mississippi in the lower 48! Getting to the property

- Montana is Big Sky Country and the best way to explore all its beauty is to have your own car. We highly recommend a 4WD vehicle in the winter and guests of Big Sky & Whitefish do have several shuttle options if your preference is not to drive. Make sure to reserve your rental car early. - Getting around Whitefish and to Whitefish Mountain Resort is a breeze with the FREE snow bus! The snow bus is a free shuttle service during peak winter and summer seasons. There are stops all around town and on the mountain, including the base lodge which is only 200 steps from your Slopeside retreat. Whitefish also has Uber, Lyft and Taxis.

Things you need to know

Please note that most homes in Montana do not have air conditioning; this Slopeside home is equipped with air conditioning. We encourage guests to open the windows at night to enjoy cooler evening temperatures and close them during the day (including curtains/blinds) to keep the cool air in. For your safety, please only open windows when you are present in the property. Additionally, the home has fans located in the bedroom closets.

Guests & Occupancy

  • Primary Guest must be 18+, must match the credit card holder, and must stay at the property for the duration of the reservation. Reservations for unaccompanied minors are prohibited and will result in eviction with forfeiture of all charges.
  • Occupancy must not exceed the number stated on the reservation; no exceptions.
  • Primary Guest is responsible for all occupants and invitees, including damages, violations, and charges.
  • Additional unapproved guests may result in extra per-person charges, fines, or eviction without refund.
  • Residential use only. No parties or gatherings unless pre-approved in writing. Violations may result in eviction and additional charges.
  • Property must be used lawfully and with care; misuse of appliances or systems resulting in damage will be charged.

Events & Noise

  • Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited unless pre-approved in writing.
  • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Violations: $250 fine after first warning; third violation = eviction without refund.
  • Excessive noise, illegal activity, or disturbances may result in immediate eviction and additional charges.
  • Guests must follow all HOA rules; any fines are the Guest’s responsibility.

Prohibited Activities

  • Pets: Only allowed in designated pet-friendly properties with prior written approval + $200/pet fee. Unauthorized pets: $1,000 cleaning fee + eviction without refund.
  • Service animals: Allowed with required documentation; Guest responsible for any damages or additional cleaning.
  • Smoking/vaping: Strictly prohibited. Evidence of smoking results in a $1,000 cleaning fee. No incense or oil lamps.
  • Illegal activity: Strictly prohibited; may result in eviction without refund and additional charges.
  • Fire hazards: No candles (except approved outdoor/emergency use).
  • Vehicles: No RVs, trailers, or campers. No vehicle repairs on-site.
  • Other restrictions: Violations of the agreement may result in fees up to 3× the daily rental rate and/or eviction.

  • Seasonal/vehicle requirements: 4WD/high-clearance vehicles recommended; no refunds for road/weather conditions.
