Everyone: rarely & I mean RARELY do you find a place FAR BETTER in reality than photos! We are a family of 8, 5 adults and three grandchildren from NY down here for Presidents week school vacation time & this outstanding home, its architect & design (farm ranch with an upstairs master suite, its quality appointments, its top notch amenities & furnishings was so in tune with our lifestyle, so much so we really felt at home! Then location, location, location with ease of access to all the remarkable things they have to offer (beaches, sport fishing, waterfalls, hikes & enjoying sunsets and moon beams from our many porches (all properly facing the Pacific) was so over the top, it truly was hard to leave today!

80% Refund: Receive a 80% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 31 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 30 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds subject to a 20% processing fee of the total.

Restrictions
- Holiday dates are excluded from the cancellation policy, as all holiday bookings are non-refundable.
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Except for guests registered in the original booking number, outside visitors not pre-approved are not allowed at any time inside the premises.
- We are a strictly non-smoking rental. We ask that you not smoke in the house at all. If evidence of smoking, such as the smell of cigarettes inside the home and/or cigarette burns on the furniture, is noticed by the cleaning crew there will be a $500 damage assessment.
- Pets are strictly not allowed unless otherwise discussed before booking.
- Our properties are part of beautiful residential neighborhoods where other residents are mutually respectful of each other’s privacy. We ask that you please refrain from having raucous late-night parties and especially from playing loud music or making excessive noise.
- Occupants take full responsibility for securing their personal belongings. Please lock your valuables whenever you leave the house. KEY is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items.
- When using the air-conditioning units, please remember to turn them off when not in use and keep usage to a minimum. Before leaving any room, please remember to switch off all lights. By following these recommendations, you contribute to our collective effort in conserving energy and promoting sustainability.
