Mission Beach is just a few minutes to Sea World, 15-20 minutes to The San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, San Diego International Airport (SAN), and downtown San Diego.

- There is a one-car garage and a one-car parking space available, with the garage dimensions measuring 6'8" H x 7'6" W x 16' D, including a clearance of 2'6" D x 4'6" H, and the parking space measuring 23' L x 9' W.

This property was perfect. I am very picky and spend hours reading reviews and planning our trips and this home exceeded all of my expectations.It was large, extremely clean, high end appliances, comfortable beds. It was a 4 minute walk to Belmont park and the beach. We had views of fireworks every night from the living room. Our guests ranged from ages 3 to 78 and everyone loved it! We had tons of room to spread out with the two living rooms. Our family will definitely be back.

Things you need to know
This is a second floor condo of a duplex home. There is an additional neighboring duplex on this property.
The ground floor unit is also a rental; neighboring noise may be heard from time to time.
While the ground floor patio remains private and designated for your unit (west), ground floor guests occupy the front patio space (west).
San Diego Airport flight path runs over South Mission Bay. Airplane noise may be heard; however, departing flights are not permitted between 11:30pm-6:30am.
Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also provided for your use.
Linens and towels are provided.
A complimentary starter pack of paper goods and cleaning products is provided for your convenience. This includes essentials such as paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, multi-purpose spray, hand and dish soap, as well as shower sets.
Restrictions
- This home is monitored by exterior surveillance cameras and interior noise monitoring devices.
- You must be at least 30 years old to rent this home. If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 30, excluding families.
- Loud noises, music, and/or loud vehicle noises are not permitted between the hours of 10:00 pm and 7:00 am.
- No smoking is allowed on the premises.
- No guests in excess of the maximum occupancy specified in the rental agreement shall occupy the property.
- The property may not be used for weddings, receptions, parties, or any other large gatherings.
- No illegal substances are allowed on the premises, including, without limitation, minors possessing alcoholic beverages.
- Air conditioning shall not be set below 72 degrees.
