KEY Curation Notes

Corner unit in a brand-new low-rise complex with a large private balcony overlooking the Gulf. Built in 2021, this condo offers fresh finishes throughout with full stainless-steel kitchen, eating bar that seats five, and dining table for five. The master bedroom features a walk-in closet and ensuite bath with walk-in shower.

Two kings, a twin-over-twin bunk, and a living room sleeper sofa sleep eight across flexible configurations. The guest bedroom is also a king; the bunk area accommodates kids or offers a creative sleeping option for larger groups. Indoor laundry and a ground-floor storage closet keep gear organized.

Four bikes are included, and the beach is less than two hundred yards away via three deeded access points. Gulf Place itself is designed for foot traffic with wide sidewalks, art galleries, boutiques, pizzerias, and live music venues all walkable from the condo. The community hub encourages lingering over coffee or evening drinks.

Three pools (two heated seasonally), a hot tub, tennis, pickleball, and shuffleboard anchor the Gulf Place community. Seasonally heated pools require advance notice to confirm availability for your dates. The outdoor amphitheater, BBQ areas, and bike rental options add to the social scene.

SeaHorse Reef, an artificial reef deployed in 2017, is three-quarters of a mile offshore and offers snorkeling at thirteen to eighteen feet. Snorkelers must use a kayak, paddleboard, or flotation device due to changing sea conditions; the reef sits near Topsail Hill Preserve State Park access.
