Oceanside is a unique surf town with vibrant nightlife, art, live music, breweries, dancing, and delicious food very & centrally-located place. Very close to great surfing as well.

Things you need to know
Long-term stays allowed. Allow stays for 28 days or more.
For stays of 28+ nights, utilities are included up to $350 per month. Any usage exceeding $350 will be charged to the guest and documented.
Restrictions
Guests & Occupancy
- Extra-person charges may apply depending on the allowed guest count
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their party during the stay
- Additional guest fees may apply
Events & Noise
- Events, parties, and organized gatherings are not permitted.
Prohibited Activities
- Photography & Filming: Professional or commercial photography and filming are prohibited.
- Pets: Pets are permitted only where specifically allowed and must remain off all furniture. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage, and applicable damage or cleaning charges may apply.
Equipment & Amenities
- For stays of 28 nights or longer, utilities are included up to the property manager’s monthly allowance. Usage exceeding the included allowance will be charged to the guest.

- Security measures: Lock all doors when leaving the property.
