Neighborhood: Playa Flamingo - 30-minute drive to Tamarindo. - One hour and 20 min drive from the Liberia International Airport. - Flamingo Beach, just down the hill from the property, is a white sandy beach. Tropical hillside forests surround the property, and a relaxing ocean breeze flows through the home. Within a short drive, you can explore lots of other beaches that are just as beautiful!

This is by far the most expensive rental I've ever gotten, but we had a large party and it was definitely worth it. The house is gorgeous in photos, but even more breath taking in person. Every room had a view and you could hear the ocean. I didn't even realize all of the services that were included like the night guard and cleaning. They even washed our dirty clothes which was a total surprise to all of us, but much appreciated. The check in was easy enough, however, the road to get to the house was a bit treacherous - especially as it started pouring when we were within 30 minutes. At 2 different spots the road was literally completely under water and we basically had to drive through a creek. We were fortunate that a man with wadding boots just happened to be at the first spot and directed us across. So definitely recommend having 4 wheel drive if you are renting a car. The beach looked great for surfing, but the waves were a bit too much to try to snorkel.

- Holiday dates are excluded from the cancellation policy, as all holiday bookings are non-refundable.
- When using the air-conditioning units, please remember to turn them off when not in use and keep usage to a minimum.

- Do not leave money or valuables unattended.
- Lock all doors when you leave your accommodations.
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- The property is not responsible for items left behind.
- Persons under the age of 25 must be accompanied by an adult guardian or parent at all times.
