We offer 250 Mbps of internet access throughout your home so if you need to work or navigate the internet, we have you covered. The house also has a backup battery for the modem & router, so you are always online uninterrupted. If you wish to request a portable wireless router, we can gladly have these available for you with an additional rental fee to keep you more connected.
For any reservations arriving between December 18, 2024, to January 6th, 2025, we have a 10-night minimum requirement. Specific periods may be required.

Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- All reservations with stays during BPM or Ocaso Music Festivals require a wire transfer of $2000 as a refundable security deposit.
- With the exception of guests registered in the original booking number, outside visitors not pre-approved are not allowed at any time inside the premises.
- We are a strictly non-smoking rental. We ask that you not smoke in the house at all. If evidence of smoking, such as the smell of cigarettes inside the home and/or cigarette burns on the furniture, is noticed by the cleaning crew there will be a $500 damage assessment.
- Pets are strictly not allowed unless otherwise discussed before booking.
- Our properties are part of beautiful residential neighborhoods where other residents are mutually respectful of each other’s privacy. We ask that you please refrain from having raucous late-night parties and especially from playing loud music or making excessive noise.
- Occupants take full responsibility for securing their personal belongings. Please lock your valuables whenever you leave the house. KEY is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items.
- When using the air-conditioning units, please remember to turn them off when not in use and keep usage to a minimum. Before leaving any room, please remember to switch off all lights. By following these recommendations, you contribute to our collective effort in conserving energy and promoting sustainability.
