The additional bedrooms range from cozy queen and king beds to bunk beds perfect for both kids and adults, creating versatile sleeping arrangements for every guest. The heart of this vacation home lies in its extensive living and entertaining spaces. The interior of the main house boasts a chef’s dream kitchen equipped with top-of-the-line appliances including a Viking stove and a spacious Kenmore refrigerator. The converted 1500 sf garage now serves as an entertainment paradise, complete with a variety of games and exercise equipment. Unwind in the family room with a 70" TV and a sprawling leather sofa, or enjoy the warmth of the living room's gas fireplace. Over in the barn unit, the open-plan studio offers a fully equipped kitchen, a comfy L-shaped sofa for lounging, and a separate sleeping area, ensuring privacy and comfort for an additional four guests. The main house features a kiddies playground, a magnificent swimming pool, and a hot tub, all set against a backdrop of stunning sunsets and starlit skies. Things you need to know
Swimming pool with Pebble Tec is heated from May to October.
Exercise equipment is available in the game room and can be used at guests’ own risk.
Personal amenities like soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, paper products, kitchen necessities like dishwashing detergent, dishwasher soap and trash bags are provided. There are plenty of linens, bath towels and beach towels. Laundry facilities and detergent are in the laundry room. The kitchen is also stocked with plenty of stapes: olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, spices, and plenty of condiments. There is dinner service for 14 as well as plenty of serving necessities.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- You and your kids will swim at your own risk and the pool is not fenced in. Children need supervision to use the pool. (The homeowner and KEY are not responsible for any misuse or injuries.)
- All homes have cleaning added to the total rent. Please note that cleaning does NOT include dishes and cooking utensils. If additional cleaning is required after you leave, it will be charged to your credit card.
- Keep the house, furniture, and furnishings in good order. Removing, adding, or changing furniture without the Owner’s written approval is strictly prohibited. Renter is responsible for the cost of replacement of any damage to furniture or premises and replacement of missing items.
- Beach towels and bed linens are to be used for the beach, pool or hot tub only. Lost or accidentally taken towels will be charged at $25 per towel. Do not use white bath towels at the beach, pool or hot tub. Any unused beds
- will be left as found. Leave the USED beds unmade and used towels on the laundry room floor.
- No lifeguard is on duty. Accordingly, personsusing the beach, pool or hot tub, do so at their own risk and the owner assumes NO responsibility for accident or injury. No one should swim alone. Renters will hold the Owners
- and Property Manager harmless from any and all bodily injury and/or property damage incurred on the property arising out of Renters’ negligent acts or omissions.
- NO special efforts have been made to “childproof” this house and accept the risk for harm to any children they allow on the property. These risks are not limited to, but include animals, fireplace, cleaning supplies in the house and plants in the house, patio or on the street, that might be poisonous if ingested.
- All furniture must be returned to its original location on Guests’ departure or an additional charge will be made.
- Renters will be charge for any missing items reasonably attributable to Renters and not returned after notification. The cleaning service performs an inventory/survey of the property after each Guest departs and notifies the Owner/Property Manager of any missing items. Property Manager will notify guest in the event that items were inadvertently taken and provide guests the opportunity to return missing items.
- The property may be protected with outside security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the property from potential break-ins and theft. There are NO cameras in the house.
- Any personal property of and used by Guest is not insured by Owner/Property Manager and they are not responsible for any lost, stolen or missing property of the Guest or property of the Guest after checkout. If property is found, Owner/Property Manager will return items left behind by Guests. The cost of shipping or returning the items is that of the Guests.
- If any keys or garage clickers are used by the Guests and get lost, guests will incur a replacement cost of $25 for keys, $50 for clickers.
- Any special occasions such as weddings, receptions, family reunions or increase of occupants (guests not registered on Guest List) must be disclosed at the time the reservation is made and is subject to Owner’s/Property Manager’s advanced approval.
- Prom parties, fraternity, sorority or bachelor parties are not allowed at any time. Adults cannot rent property on behalf of underage guests, no exceptions.
- Smoking is absolutely prohibited on the entire premises, both within the house and on the property grounds. This includes smoking cigarettes, cigars, pipes or any other smoking device. Evidence of smoking such as the smell of cigarettes or cigars inside the home by the cleaning crew is sufficient basis to charge the renter for smoke cleanup and removal from carpeting, AC ducts and Filters,furniture and draperies. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the full security deposit and damage liability of up to $2,500 for any discovered damage to furniture or odors.
- NO pets are allowed at this property at any time. If an unauthorized pet is on the premises, the guest will be assessed a fine, and will be asked to leave immediately. Damage or cleaning attributable to pets shall be the responsibility of the guest.
- If there are more people than allowed to sleep in this home, you will be
- fined an additional fee of $250 per additional person. Infants under the age of 2 are not counted.
