Neighborhood: Rosemary Beach - It's just a short walk to the majestic 12,000 square-foot pool or the private beach, or you also have the option of catching the complimentary tram that runs from 9 am to 6 pm, March through October. Also nearby are the resort towns of Rosemary and Alys Beach, where there are first-rate restaurants and shops. In addition to the beach and pool, there are lots of outdoor activities to enjoy. A bike path (Timpoochee Trail) runs the length of 30A (18 miles!) if you want a longer ride. Check out all the neighboring towns, coastal dune lakes, and state parks along the way. - 30A is a 20-mile stretch of beaches and coastal towns along Florida's famous Emerald Coast. From Seaside down past Laguna, you'll find white sands, azure waters, and laid-back vibes. This region takes a relaxed approach to oceanfront living, with boutique shops and local seafood on every main street. Each town along 30A has its own unique identity, so we encourage you to explore them all!

Parking information

- This home includes 2 parking spaces. Seacrest Beach also has parallel parking spots throughout the community. - Guest should not exceed the stated number of maximum vehicles in the reservation. We make efforts to make Guests aware of local parking restrictions; please refer to your House Manual for more information. You are solely responsible for adhering to local street parking restrictions, including HOA rules, and any penalties associated with violating said restrictions.

Things you need to know

Enjoy an exclusive invitation with your booking to seasonal bonfires on the beach.

BEACH ACCESS: Seacrest Beach community features a private beach on the south side of 30A. There are tram stops though out the community that operate on demand. Upon entering the beach to the left (east), there is onsite chair rental service. La Dolce Vita is the exclusive provider at Seacrest Beach. Guests may bring their own chairs to the beach for set up on the right (west) side of the beach. Prohibited items at the private beach access: wagons, wheeled coolers, tents, and canopies.

In order to park and have access to Seacrest Beach amenities, guests are required to complete the online Seacrest Beach HOA Guest Registration packet, prior to their arrival. A link will be sent after the reservation is made. Upon arrival, you can pick up your parking passes and wristbands at the Guest Service Window by the lagoon pool. Guests can enter the lagoon area amenity complex at any of the six gates. There will be a queue outside of the Guest Services office marked by safety yellow beach umbrellas.

There is an additional fee of $2 per day per guest staying at this property in Seacrest Beach. We are required by the Seacrest Beach HOA to collect this fee in order for you to stay in this community and use their amenities. This fee will be collected prior to your arrival.

Travel-Sized Toiletries (Shower Gel, Shampoo, Conditioner, Soap), towels, beddings, sheets, pillows and blankets are provided.

Stocked with cleaning supplies you might need to keep your stay safe and sanitized. This includes an all-purpose cleaning solution and an arsenal of cleaning appliances to make sure you’re equipped for any occurrence.

Each room is outfitted with linens, towels, fluffy pillows and comforters. Linens are available for additional sleeping arrangements.

All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit to be charged after booking.

Restrictions

  • Maximum of 2 dogs allowed.
  • Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
  • Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a $500 fee for additional cleaning and other related costs, in addition to the Guest being responsible for any damages attributable to smoking beyond said fee.
  • Please be considerate of your neighbors and mindful of noise levels. Noise violations may result in fines. Please also note we do not provide speakers or sound systems.
  • If you exceed the maximum number of guests listed on your reservation without approval, we are entitled to require you to vacate and remove from the Accommodation in a manner consistent with applicable law and you may be subject to additional fees.
  • Guest and registered guests will not use the Property for any commercial purpose, including professional filming and photography purposes at the Accommodation without prior written permission
  • Accessing neighboring properties is strictly prohibited.
  • Guest will not make any alterations in or about the Property including, but not limited to, moving furniture, painting, wallpapering, adding or changing locks, installing an antenna or satellite dish(es), placing signs, displays or exhibits or using screws, fastening devices, nails or adhesive materials anywhere on the Property.
  • Please be advised that Guests staying at any Property located in an HOA community, or similar, are required to follow local rules, ordinances, or regulations.
  • The use of swimming pools, hot tubs, and spas, docks, ponds, lakes, beaches and any accessory or related equipment, while providing exercise, recreation, and relaxation can be inherently dangerous. You and your guests are strongly cautioned to adhere to the following safe practices:
  • No diving into the pool hot tub or spa;
  • No intoxicated persons may use the pool hot tub or spa;
  • No use of glass containers by the pool;
  • No one should use the pool hot tub or spa alone;
  • Children may never be left unattended when they gain access to the pool, hot tub, or spa, not even for a few seconds.
  • You and your guests agree to assume liability for pool, hot tub, or spa use, dock use, and any use of any body of water on the Property, including the use of any related accessories or equipment such as diving boards, pool floaties, etc. No Lifeguard will be on duty - you and your guests will swim at your own risk.
  • If the Property is part of an HOA or rental complex, the following also apply. HOA or House Rules, if applicable will supplement or supersede these rules:
  • The pool, hot tub, or spa may only be used during posted hours;
  • Adult supervision is required for anyone under the age of 14;
  • All drinks must be served in unbreakable containers;
  • No alcoholic drinks are allowed in the pool area, hot tub, or spa;
  • Users must shower prior to using the pool, hot tub, or spa;
  • Use the pool safety equipment only in case of emergency.
  • You are aware that hazardous road conditions do exist and agree to operate the bicycle in a safe manner, including but not limited to, wearing a helmet at all times while operating the bicycle. In the event that any bicycle is damaged, lost, or stolen during your stay, you agree to pay all costs of repair or replacement.
  • To prevent any damage to the HVAC system, the A/C thermostat may not be lowered below 72 degrees Fahrenheit at any time during your stay at the Property.
