The chef's kitchen with upgraded appliances pairs with an open-concept layout designed for groups.

This genuinely pet-friendly home welcomes one dog (non-shedding, under 25 lbs) for a $200 non-refundable fee, with five bedrooms across multiple levels and flexible Jack-and-Jill configurations. A queen-size sofa bed on the third-floor loft (no door, open below) provides additional sleeping.

The two-car garage suits two compact vehicles or one full-size SUV, with free street parking on Missouri Boulevard as backup, plus in-unit laundry, Smart TV, and Wi-Fi (100+ Mbps). Note: roof deck fireplace is non-functional and there's no direct entry from garage to home.

This is a 30+ age-restricted property in high-density Pacific Beach with strict noise enforcement and immediate eviction for violations. The third-floor loft has no door (open to lower levels) and the home is monitored by exterior cameras and interior noise-monitoring devices.
