Linen, towels, and a starter kit of essential amenities (soap, shampoos, dishwasher detergent, laundry pods, trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels) are included with your cleaning fee.

Pool and gym pass program subject to availability and any restrictions outside of our control that may be set in place by the resort.

Restrictions

  • Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
  • This home is not the right setting for a party or for groups looking to be loud and boisterous.
  • Guest count must match the number in your reservation. Please let us know if the number has changed.
  • No parties without express authorization.
  • During the day, please make sure noise levels are low enough not to bother others. No fireworks on property.
  • We are in Bear Country. No trash or food is to be left outside at any time; There is a fee for violations.
  • A responsible adult needs to be present during each rental. Children must be supervised at all times.
  • Obey all local laws, including traffic and speed limits.
  • Guest agrees not to perform any criminal activity on the premises; this includes the usage of the home’s internet access for illegal activities.
  • Towels, sheets, pillows, and blankets are not meant for outside use or make-up removal. Guest will be responsible for any damage to these items, including excessive staining.
  • Oil lamps and incense are not permitted due to the long-lasting odor. If these policies are violated, there will be a charge for excessive cleaning.
  • Do not put any feminine products in the toilet. Plungers are provided if a clog occurs. Please do not pour grease down the drain. The cost for fixing any issues arising from guest(s) carelessness will be the Guest’s responsibility.
  • Always lock the doors and windows when you leave the vacation rental. KEY does not assume any responsibility for injuries resulting from your failure to use due caution.
  • Candles are not allowed due to fire hazards. Per NH State Law, no open flames (including charcoal grills) are allowed near any building housing three or more units.
  • No illegal substances are allowed in the rental, and minors should not be in possession of alcohol.
  • No hunting on premises.
  • Air conditioning shall not be set below 72 degrees and heat shall not be set above 78 and that the fan setting shall be “Auto”. Doors and windows shall be closed when either heat or air conditioning is in operation. There are no refunds for lack of or malfunctioning HVAC units.
