This home is in a quiet neighborhood, yet only a short ten minute drive to access the white sandy beaches of Boynton Beach or Delray Beach, or perhaps plan to spend time on Delray Beach's famous Atlantic Avenue with its renowned eateries, boutiques, and nightlife and of course amazing beaches. Absolutely, effortlessly beautiful. My husband, 2 teen girls and myself stayed for the week and had more than enough space and accommodations! Every thing was so well thought out and clean! My girls were obsessed with the decor! So was I! Outdoors was just as gorgeous and welcoming. We felt so comfortable and the neighborhood felt so safe. Everything was so close by, market, pharmacy, beach. Though it was hard to leave the pool! Cant wait to go back!

Things you need to know
There is a traditional drip style coffee pot, and toaster. Additionally all your cutlery as well as all plates, bowls and cups are stocked. There are basic spices (sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil) for your cooking needs.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- If there is any evidence of smoking or vaping, additional cleaning fees will apply.
- Guest is responsible for theft, gross negligence or willful and wanton conduct, entry into the owner's supply closet, unauthorized pets, charges incurred due to phone use, cable movie rentals, extensive cleaning required at check-out, smoking, exceeding occupancy limits or parking limits.
- Our rental homes are intended for personal and family vacations, not as event venues. House parties are absolutely 100% prohibited. Guest and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit all monies paid and pay a fine of three times (3x) the amount of the rental fee or two thousand five hundred dollars ($2,500.00) whichever amount is greater, should a party occur on the property.
- Lessee and all other occupants will be required to vacate the premises and forfeit the rental fee and security deposit should any of the following occur:
- A. Occupancy exceeding the sleeping capacity stated in the Rental Agreement.
- B. Use of the premises for any illegal activity including, but not limited to, the possession, serving, or consumption of alcoholic beverages by or to persons less than 21 years of age.
- C. Damage to The Property or any of the neighboring properties.
- D. Any other acts which interfere with neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their properties. Occupancy and use of The Property shall not disturb or offend neighbors or residents.
- E. House parties, keg parties, excessive speeding, excessive noise or disruptive behavior, discharging of Firearms, BB or Pellet Guns, or Fireworks, etc.
- Should there be a maintenance issue, we will strive to make any repairs as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee A/C's, TV's, appliances, etc. It is impossible to guarantee that all appliances, hot tubs, hot water heaters, fireplaces, etc. will be in working order 100% of the time.
- OVERNIGHT SLEEPING ON THE SOFA/LOUNGE is not permitted. We are happy to provide an inflatable mattress for your use.
- Some rental properties have a gym included. No children under the age of 12 are permitted to use the equipment. The gym equipment may include a treadmill, exercise bike, elliptical machine, free weights and/or other equipment. Use at your own risk.
- Some of our homes have a Pool, Hot Tub, Spa or combination of water features. The cautions and rules listed below apply to any home with a water feature. ALL POOL AND SPA USE IS AT USER'S OWN RISK.
- Operating hours for Pool and Spa are 9AM - 10PM
- Use of Pool is reserved for guest and their invited friends and family only.
- Guest agrees to acquaint all invited persons utilizing Pool with these Rules and insure that said guests comply with these Rules while utilizing Pool. Guest will be held responsible for any violations of these Rules by their guests.
- All individuals using Pool must have a minimum level of swimming proficiency and/or must be properly supervised and utilize the appropriate lifesaving or floatation equipment to safely and properly utilize Pool. Any Resident who brings a guest or minor into Pool must insure that said individual is properly supervised and has the appropriate level of swimming proficiency to safely and properly utilize Pool.
- Persons under the age of fourteen (14) should not use Pool without an adult in attendance.
- No glass is permitted anywhere in Pool or Pool area.
- Food is not allowed in Pool
- Inappropriate behavior such as running, pushing, horse-play, wrestling, excessive splashing, standing or sitting on shoulders, spitting of water, or any other dangerous or disturbing conduct is not allowed in Pool or Pool area
- No loud noises, yelling, screaming or substantially annoying behavior shall be allowed at any time in or around Pool. Voices should be kept at a normal talking level, radios or speakers should be at a level as to not disturb any neighbor.
- Diving is not allowed at any time in Pool.
- All individuals using Pool or in Pool area must be toilet trained and/or utilize the appropriate non leakage pants or swim diapers and insure bodily fluids are not leaked into Pool.
- All individuals using Pool must shower before entering Pool and dry off before exiting Pool area.
- Pool safety equipment is available to be used in case of an emergency.
- Do not use pool/ spa alone.
- Do not add anything to pool water
- Guests with High blood pressure, skin sensitivity or pregnancy are advised not to use pool/spa.
