KEY Curation Notes

Private heated pool and hot tub, both brand new. The entire backyard — including the 36-foot pool, marble deck, summer kitchen, and fire pit — was built in December 2025, so everything is fresh.
Full outdoor kitchen. The summer kitchen is built-in and equipped for serious outdoor cooking and entertaining, not just a side burner on a grill.
One en-suite bedroom; the other two share a bath. BR1 has a king and its own bathroom. BR2 (king) and BR3 (queen) share the guest bathroom — worth knowing if you're booking with two couples.
Day bed in the living area adds a seventh sleeping option for kids or overflow, but it's not a bedroom.
Supplies and kitchen are genuinely well-stocked. Unlimited basics (paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, etc.) are included throughout the stay, and the kitchen comes with a Keurig, blender, and full cookware. KEY.co can handle grocery delivery if you want the fridge stocked on arrival.
Not beachfront — the beach is a drive. The listing is inland in Boynton Beach; the ocean is roughly 10–15 minutes by car.
Neighborhood construction is ongoing through June 2026. Flagged in the listing — expect daytime noise if you're traveling before then.
