Neighborhood: Playa Flamingo - Marina Resort 502 is a short walk from downtown Flamingo and a brand-new, state-of-the-art marina that recently opened. Downtown Flamingo is a lovely, walkable town with several restaurants, shops and a grocery store. - Flamingo has two beaches – Potrero and Flamingo – and it takes less than 10 minutes to walk from one to the other. Flamingo Beach is especially popular, as it’s long and shady and backed by protected mangroves. - Marina Resort is with 45 minutes of the international airport in Liberia. For families who choose to live here, there are two bilingual international schools within 15 minutes. - All kinds of adventure are available within a short distance of here, including fishing, scuba diving, jet skiing, sunset cruises, surfing, ziplining, mountain biking, waterfalls, ATV rentals and wildlife rescue centers. - Within a day trip of here, you can visit a number of national parks, including Rincón de la Vieja Volcano National Park, which is known as “Costa Rica’s Yellowstone” and is known for thermal activity like fumaroles and mut pots, plus hot springs and mud baths. - Marina Resort 502 in Flamingo puts you right in the middle of it all!

- Be advised that this property does not come with a designated parking spot. - Vehicles may be able to park on the complex lot, depending on availability and building management instructions, or they may need to be parked on the street.

The condo itself was exactly as described and pictured. We loved sitting on the deck & watching the sunrises, the pelicans flying by, the ocean view, and the mountains across the bay.

80% Refund: Receive a 80% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 61 days before check-in.

30% Refund: Receive a 30% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 31 days before check-in.

No Refund: Reservations canceled 60 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Restrictions

Minimum nights of stay vary by time of year.
Between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m., please refrain from generating noise that’s audible outside the Property. And, of course, do adhere to all applicable parking regulations and limitations.
The number of people present at the Property may not exceed the maximum posted occupancy unless we have given you advance written permission to hold an event at the Property, in which case the number of people present at the Property may not exceed the maximum number of people authorized.
Smoking, vaping, prostitution, and drugs are never allowed inside any property. Smoking and vaping are allowed outside the home if not otherwise prohibited by Costa Rican law or the regulations of a multi-unit property.
Events and commercial photography or filming are prohibited at the Property without our express written permission. (If approved, additional conditions and fees may apply.)
No tents or other structures may be erected on the property without our express written permission.
The use of charcoal grills is not permitted unless provided by the property.
Using the Property for any criminal activity is strictly prohibited. This includes actions that are against the law. If found engaging in criminal activities, you may face fines, legal prosecution, and immediate eviction from the Property.
For stays of 7 days or more, once-a-week cleaning is included. A cleaning fee is charged upon reserving the property to cover cleaning after your stay. If desired, guests can request additional cleaning for a fee of $40 + 13% for 3.5 hours of cleaning. Email notifications will be sent to eligible guests regarding cleaning schedules. Please note that cleaning times are fixed, and declined cleanings won’t be rescheduled.
Locked areas for which the tenant is not provided a key are off-limits. Property owners sometimes lock up their belongings in personal storage areas, and guests must leave these alone. Any forced entry into the owner’s private locked space will result in eviction, forfeiture of the rental fee, a $500 fine, and any additional damages for missing items.
If the Property has access to amenities that are shared with other properties, such as a shared pool, hot tub, parking lot, or fitness center, the availability and condition of those amenities are outside the management's control.
