- Pacifico is a posh condominium resort with four swimming pools and a poolside bar and grill. It’s right next to a big, modern grocery store, and within walking distance of Coco’s lively main street, which is lined with restaurants, shops and bars. - Staying here also gives you access to the Pacifico Beach Club, which offers the best beachfront lounging in town. Daily rates for adults are $25 per person, which is applied toward food and drink. The Pacifico resort itself is located several blocks from the beach, but a shuttle is available to take guests to the Beach Club, which has two beautiful infinity pools, fine dining, a well-stocked bar and of course a beach.

WOW! In Playa Del Coco, the Pacifico property(s) are highly regarded and for good reason. We traveled as a family of 6 - two parents, two grandparents, and two infants. This unit held us all comfortably, it was clean, well-stocked, and nicely placed on the property. With kids, our main activity was around the pool, or taking a short trip into town for a beach day, snacks, and food. About 15 min walk from the beach, but 5 min to modern grocery stores and restaurants. The groundskeeping and amenities onsite are BETTER than the photos. 3 huge pools, a hot tub, and a snack stand with pancakes on the weekend for the kids. Again, this review is slanted toward our particular situation, but I can't imagine being happier with this stay. All of the Pacifico staff were friendly, accommodating, and went out of their way for us. This particular unit is on the third floor and there is no elevator, which was not an issue for us but thought it worth mentioning. Overall, just fantastic. Thank you!

80% Refund: Receive a 80% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 61 days before check-in.
30% Refund: Receive a 30% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 31 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 60 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds subject to a 20% processing fee of the total.
Restrictions
- Minimum nights of stay vary by time of year.
- Between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m., please refrain from generating noise that’s audible outside the Property. And, of course, do adhere to all applicable parking regulations and limitations.
- The number of people present at the Property may not exceed the maximum posted occupancy unless we have given you advance written permission to hold an event at the Property, in which case the number of people present at the Property may not exceed the maximum number of people authorized.
- Smoking, vaping, prostitution, and drugs are never allowed inside any property. Smoking and vaping are allowed outside the home if not otherwise prohibited by Costa Rican law or the regulations of a multi-unit property.
- Events and commercial photography or filming are prohibited at the Property without our express written permission. (If approved, additional conditions and fees may apply.)
- No tents or other structures may be erected on the property without our express written permission.
- The use of charcoal grills is not permitted unless provided by the property.
- Using the Property for any criminal activity is strictly prohibited. This includes actions that are against the law. If found engaging in criminal activities, you may face fines, legal prosecution, and immediate eviction from the Property.
- For stays of 7 days or more, once-a-week cleaning is included. A cleaning fee is charged upon reserving the property to cover cleaning after your stay. If desired, guests can request additional cleaning for a fee of $40 + 13% for 3.5 hours of cleaning. Email notifications will be sent to eligible guests regarding cleaning schedules. Please note that cleaning times are fixed, and declined cleanings won’t be rescheduled.
- Locked areas for which the tenant is not provided a key are off-limits. Property owners sometimes lock up their belongings in personal storage areas, and guests must leave these alone. Any forced entry into the owner’s private locked space will result in eviction, forfeiture of the rental fee, a $500 fine, and any additional damages for missing items.
- If the Property has access to amenities that are shared with other properties, such as a shared pool, hot tub, parking lot, or fitness center, the availability and condition of those amenities are outside the management's control.
