All the beds will be made with fresh linens, and bath towels will be provided.

The home includes a complimentary starter pack of amenities, such as paper towels, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, dishwashing liquid, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toilet paper, and detergent. You are responsible for the purchase of any additional items you may require during your stay.

Kitchen is equipped with dishes utensils, oven, freezer, blender, mini fridge, barbeque utensils, kettle, wine glasses, stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, fridge, cooking basics, baking sheet, and coffee.

Restrictions

Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before booking.
No smoking is allowed on the premises.
Fireworks are prohibited on the premises. If fireworks are utilized within the property, guest will be held liable to any and all damages that occur to the property itself and/or surrounding areas. Violations will result in immediate removal of Guest, guest's visitors, and licensees from the property, and forfeiture of entire rental amount and security deposit.
The property is inspected for cleanliness and, outside of normal wear and tear, will be in good repair before guest arrival. Please report anything that is not in acceptable condition on the day of arrival. Anything not reported on the day of arrival will be deemed acceptable.
KEY is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest, or their guests or visitors, during the stay or after the stay.
San Diego has a strict noise ordinance that must be followed. Loud noises, music, and/or loud vehicle noises are not permitted between the quiet hours.
The property is for the sole use as a personal vacation residence for only approved guests. No guests in excess of the maximum occupancy specified in the rental agreement shall occupy the property. A charge of $250.00 per person per night will be assessed for each unapproved guest. Guest may be charged without notice for additional persons staying in the property who are not disclosed to Management.
The home may not be used for weddings, receptions, parties, or any other large gatherings.
Air conditioning shall not be set below 72 degrees. There are no refunds for lack of or malfunctioning HVAC units. Heat shall not be set above 78 degrees. All fan settings shall be set to "Auto." Doors and windows shall be closed when either heat or air conditioning is in operation.
