KEY Curation Notes

A gated blufftop community built around zen-inspired landscaping, with waterfalls, streams, and koi ponds leading to two pools, two spas, and a private staircase down to the beach.

Only the primary bedroom is a suite. It has a king bed, ensuite bath, and walk-in closet; the second bedroom's two twin beds share the second full bath, a setup that suits families over two couples.

A wet bar with wine fridge sits upstairs, alongside an oversized sofa in the open living space, ideal for winding down after the beach.

The fireplace is decorative only and doesn't operate, and there's no air conditioning, so ocean breeze and ceiling fans do the cooling.

Parking is underground and tandem, with low clearance, better suited to smaller vehicles, and the multiple stairways throughout Seascape Sur are worth knowing for anyone with mobility concerns.

What a place to call home while on vacation! This condo was gorgeous, spotless and completely updated. It sure didn’t feel like a rental, it’s that nice. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to go back. The location is amazing, within walking distance to all the great spots in Solana Beach yet the complex is so quiet and peaceful! It also has multiple pools and is a flight of stairs down to a fantastic stretch of beach. Two mins from the condo and you’re sitting on a bench above the cliffs enjoying incredible sunsets. This condo is a gem I almost don’t want to share!
