This was by far the nicest, most beautiful and well maintained home we have had the pleasure of renting. The owners have thought of everything. View is amazing and property is just as pictured. Our party of 6 adults and 8 children had an amazing time in spite of rain everyday. Pool, ping-pong, Foosball, games and hot-tub kept us entertained. Absolutely loved the Blackstone....cooked 5 pounds of bacon without getting the kitchen dirty. Grill was great also, cooked 14 filets for Father's Day. Truly a wonderful time. Thank you for allowing us to use your beautiful home.

Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)

Owners of this home use security cameras to monitor the exterior of their home to ensure it remains safe. No cameras are aimed at the bedrooms, doors, or windows.
Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
Please note that the home has internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
Guests will have access to the entire unit and all amenities within.
Restrictions
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATV's.
- The summer concerts are open to all guests however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks
- Firewood may be added at the time of booking or by reaching out to us more than a week in advance. You receive two wrapped bundles and a firestarter for a fee per night.
- The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required November-March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in winter.
- The person in whose name the property is reserved will be held responsible for all occupants complying with rental policies, procedures, and restrictions. Aside from normal wear and tear, the responsible party will be responsible to reimburse the Owner for any damages to the property or its contents during your vacation residency. The responsible party must be at least twenty-five (25) years of age and is required to stay in the property for the time reserved.
- Please be aware that some properties are NOT equipped with air conditioning. KEY is not responsible for weather conditions at the time of tenancy, and there will be no refunds or switching of properties due to lack of air conditioning.
- Guest do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. That is for member use only.
- Please be aware that certain communities have strict standards regarding the number of vehicles at a property. Some areas may not allow motorcycles, RVs, or trailers. You must adhere to these regulations at all times during your stay.
- Persons with a communicable disease, open wounds, or any infections should not use the hot tub.
