Things you need to know
Long-term stays are allowed for 28 days or more.
Linen and towels are washed at least at 60°C/140°F.
For an additional fee, negotiate access to the owners' private spa.
Essential items, including towels, pillows, bed linens, soap, and toilet paper, are provided.
For stays of 28+ nights, utilities are included up to $350 per month. Any usage exceeding $350 will be charged to the guest and documented.

- Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves or their party during the stay

Events & Noise
- Events, parties, and organized gatherings are not permitted.
Prohibited Activities
- Photography & Filming: Professional or commercial photography and filming are prohibited.
- Pets: Pets are permitted only where specifically allowed and must remain off all furniture. Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage, and applicable damage or cleaning charges may apply.
Equipment & Amenities
- For stays of 28 nights or longer, utilities are included up to the property manager’s monthly allowance. Usage exceeding the included allowance will be charged to the guest.
