KEY Curation Notes

A true oceanfront position on the bluff, with direct beach access via bluff-side stairs. This second-floor condo looks straight out over the water from both the living room and balcony.

Construction is currently underway elsewhere in the complex. Some daytime noise may carry over during a stay, worth knowing ahead of booking a quiet getaway.

It's a one-bedroom setup built for two, not a group. The primary king bedroom is the only bedroom, with a sofa sleeper available for a third guest; there's no in-unit washer/dryer, though a community laundry room is close by.

A seven-night minimum applies here, a Solana Beach regulation rather than a house policy, worth flagging upfront for shorter trips.

No air conditioning here, so plan around it. The unit relies on ocean breeze and fans to stay cool, which the second-floor position and cross breezes generally handle well.

Beautifully appointed, great location, stellar views. We spent many hours watching surfers, dolphins and pelicans from the balcony. Calm and peaceful, plenty of room and recently updated so felt very clean and modern. Incredible beach below. Property management was very helpful and accessible. They went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed.
