Each bedroom is designed for comfort with mounted Smart TVs and ceiling fans. The main level King suite offers luxury with its own fireplace, workstation, and deck access. The vaulted great room features a gas fireplace and various games, including an arcade game table and a convertible pool table, ensuring endless entertainment. The upper level houses two additional bedrooms, each with Smart TVs and access to a full bath. Outside, guests can soak in the 5-person hot tub, cook out on the gas grill, or stay warm by the wood-burning outdoor fireplace and electric heaters. 90% Refund: Receive a 90% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 60 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 59 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds subject to a 10% processing fee of the total.
Things you need to know
The home has a well stocked kitchen with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, several garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two. We do not provide hair dryers.
Towels and linens are provided.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Please note that some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
- The person in whose name the property is reserved will be held responsible for all occupants complying with rental policies, procedures, and restrictions.
- Please carefully check the number of people each unit sleeps as detailed on the website description. This represents the maximum number of people, including children, allowed to occupy the property and/or be upon the grounds of the property at any given time. Evidence of unauthorized excessive number of guests will result in an immediate charge of $25.00 per person per day to the credit card on file and possibly eviction.
- Please immediately report any equipment problems.
- Authorization to rent a property for a purpose other than for a family vacation must be obtained in writing prior to finalizing the reservation.
- Any evidence of smoking inside the property will result in an immediate $300 smoke removal home restoration fee billed to Tenant's card.
