- Only a few hundred feet away from some of the best snorkeling at Cemetery Reef just to the south. - 7.7 miles (19 min drive) from Owen Roberts Airport (GCM) **Beach Notes:** Behind Coconut Walk Villa is pure soft sand with barefoot entry into the water. The water here is usually very calm and clean--the most beautiful cerulean blue color. The sandy beach is sloped to provide privacy around the pool area from passersby but also provides plenty of room for throwing a frisbee, or football. Take long barefoot walks south towards the resorts, beach bars, and hotels on central Seven Mile Beach.

House, pool and beach are all perfect. Our family was there for 8 nights and it was a fantastic trip. Shamar was wonderful, he is very professional and easy to work with. Rahimi set everything up at the pool and beach everyday and he was also great. We have stayed many places in the past with our large group, but no other property hosts have ever been as attentive and on top of things. We have already booked our return trip.

The homeowner is open to hosting destination weddings and private events with up to 70 invited guests. Owner approval is required on a case-by-case basis. An event fee and a refundable event deposit will apply. Please inquire about your event dates and details.

Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Maximum occupancy is 16, it cannot host more than 14 adults.
- All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically public since the Crown owns up to the high-water mark.
- The shoreline quality behind your property may vary slightly from the images on our website due to shifting tides and weather patterns. The next-door beach is also always available for your use.
- Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally.
- Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that has increased in frequency over the years during the summer. Our owners do make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked prior to your arrival.
- Should sargassum weed be extremely heavy behind your property, we will reach out to the owner for alternative solutions which may include a partial refund or relocation.
