No Refund: Reservations canceled 30 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Full beach club access is $5 per day, per person; free for children under 10.
The Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club closes for two weeks in October (exact dates vary).

- Guest responsible for securing personal belongings during stay

- No parties, events, or large gatherings without written management approval
- Quiet hours enforced: 10:00 PM–8:00 AM (no loud music or excessive noise)
Prohibited Activities
- Smoking/vaping prohibited indoors; evidence of smoking (odors, burns, residue): $500 damage assessment
- Pets not allowed unless approved prior to booking; additional pet fees apply
Equipment & Amenities
- Energy conservation required: turn off HVAC and lights when not in use; minimize energy consumption
