- There's a two-car tandem garage. The entry requires a very sharp reversing park angle. There is limited additional street parking or island parking lots a 4-5 block walk. Please be sure to follow all City posted signage if parking on the street. - Garage measurements: 384”D x 93”W x 74”H

No Refund: Reservations canceled 64 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Linens, hangers, and towels will be provided.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, stove, freezer, blender, coffee maker, wine glasses, baking sheets, cooking essentials, dishes, and utensils.
The home includes a complimentary starter pack of amenities, including paper towels, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, dishwashing liquid, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toilet paper, and detergent. You are responsible for purchasing any additional items you may need during your stay.
There is a locked partition door at the top of the staircase that leads into Beach Duplex 2. Please be mindful of your neighbors.
Basic beach gear provided (beach chairs, beach towels).
San Diego Airport flight path runs over South Mission Bay. Airplane noise may be heard; however, departing flights are not permitted between 11:30pm-6:30am. The home is totally worth it.
There is currently some construction taking place at a neighboring home across the alleyway.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Long term stays are allowed.
- 25+ age limit or family groups.
- This home is located in a high-density neighborhood and is only suitable for quieter groups. There is a no tolerance policy for excessive noise, occupancy, illegal substances, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without refund. Please ensure you are comfortable with these terms before booking.
- San Diego has a strict noise ordinance that must be followed. Loud noises, music, and/or loud vehicle noises are not permitted between the quiet hours.
- Premises will be delivered to Guest in a professionally cleaned condition. Upon termination of occupancy, Management will arrange for a professional cleaning service to clean premises. Guest is responsible for cost of this cleaning, which is included in the fees ("Cleaning Fee") charged at the time the reservation is booked. Cleaning fee is mandatory, nonnegotiable, and nonrefundable.
- Guest is solely responsible for any lost, stolen, or abandoned possessions or items. Management assumes no responsibility for lost, stolen or abandoned items.
- Management is not responsible for any lost, damaged, or delayed deliveries. We do not recommend shipping items to your rental home.
- The property is for the sole use as a personal vacation residence for only approved guests. A charge of $250.00 per person per night will be assessed for each unapproved guest. Guest may be charged without notice for additional persons staying in the property who are not disclosed to Management.
- Fireworks are prohibited on the premises.
- No illegal substances are allowed on the premises, including, without limitation, minors possessing alcoholic beverages.
- Most properties are not equipped with air conditioning, but if so equipped, Guest agrees that air conditioning shall not be set below 72 degrees. There are no refunds for lack of or malfunctioning HVAC units. Heat shall not be set above 78 degrees. All fan settings shall be set to "Auto." Doors and windows shall be closed when either heat or air conditioning is in operation.
