This home is impeccable! Wonderfully designed and curated! Nestled in a gorgeous, white and safe neighborhood! The owners spared no expense in making sure guests have all they needed! Definitely suggest having a crib and high chair added for families! The home oneself is gorgeous and came staffed with a very kind and amazing housekeeper named Carolina! She made the stay all the better! We were able to get massages at the house, and drive a rented golf cart all arranged by renzo who made experiences seamlessly put together! Fantastic stay! If you’re coming to Costa Rica this is a top notch stay!

Beach Club Details:**
Full beach club access is $5 per day, per person; free for children under 10.
The Hacienda Pinilla Beach Club closes for two weeks in October (exact dates vary), but we give you access to Langosta Beach Club for a $10 entrance day pass (regularly $20). Enjoy the restaurant, bar, a beachfront pool, and kayak rentals, just 20 minutes from Pinilla.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Holiday dates are excluded from the cancellation policy, as all holiday bookings are non-refundable.
- With the exception of guests registered in the original booking number, outside visitors not pre-approved by the management are not allowed at any time inside the premises.
- We are a strictly non-smoking rental. We ask that you not smoke in the house at all. If evidence of smoking, such as the smell of cigarettes inside the home and/or cigarette burns on the furniture, is noticed by the cleaning crew there will be a $500 damage assessment.
- Pets are strictly not allowed unless otherwise discussed with the management before booking. We offer a selection of homes that are pet-friendly. Feel free to inquire with our reservations agents about pet-friendly homes. Please note that there is an extra charge for bringing pets to any of our properties.
- Our properties are part of beautiful residential neighborhoods where other residents are mutually respectful of each other’s privacy. We ask that you please refrain from having raucous late-night parties and especially from playing loud music or making excessive noise after 10 pm. or before 8 am.
- We ask that the occupants take full responsibility for securing their personal belongings. Please lock your valuables whenever leaving the house. The management is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items.
- The management is an ecologically minded business. We kindly request your agreement to the following energy conservation guidelines: When using the air-conditioning units, please remember to turn them off when not in use and keep usage to a minimum. Before leaving any room, please remember to switch off all lights. By following these recommendations, you contribute to our collective effort in conserving energy and promoting sustainability.
