Beautiful property in ideal location and upscale neighborhood! Property was very clean, well equipped and had a wonderful wrap around deck with a waterfall. Jacuzzi was being cleaned upon arrival and was the perfect temperature! Many great family memories made in this delightful home:)

Things you need to know
We are following CDC guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting and are following best practices in light of Covid-19, including paying close attention to high touch surfaces and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for surfaces. Linens, towels, bed sheets, etc. are washed per manufacturer's guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- Please do not exceed the maximum occupancy. You will be charged additionally per person if you exceed the maximum occupancy.
- A departure cleaning fee has been charged. However, if the property is left exceptionally dirty/trashed and additional cleaning time is required beyond the norm, you will be charged for the additional time. Please ensure that all dishes are put in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher the morning you depart. In addition, please start a load of towels the morning you depart.
- Events such as weddings, reunions, rehearsal dinners or any type of gathering of more than 150% of the property sleeping occupancy are not allowed without prior written authorization.
- The properties are located in neighborhoods or multi-family complexes with full-time residents. Please respect their privacy and quiet time. Abide by all rules for any community areas such as patios, pools and hot tubs.
- Please abide by all neighborhood rules and speed limits on county and private roads.
- To ensure the safety of all of our guests, guns are forbidden on the property at all times, even if the guests has a concealed-carry permit.
- Please do not put potato, carrot, onion peels etc. in the disposal.
