Neighborhood: Mission Beach Mission Beach is San Diego’s lively take on the classic boardwalk beach town with over five miles of waterfront boardwalk, trendy shops, restaurants, and Belmont Park, a beachfront amusement park featuring the historic Giant Dipper Roller Coaster, originally built in 1925 but since restored, miniature golf, bumper cars, rock climbing, and an arcade. Mission Beach is just a few minutes to Sea World, 15-20 minutes to The San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, San Diego International Airport (SAN), and downtown San Diego.

We had a wonderful stay here. 6 adults and 3 little kids. You could not ask for a nicer vacation rental. Very helpful and responsive folks, fantastic location on the sand (and a bit out of the really crowded area), plenty of beach stuff, kitchen had all the necessities and more…really a great place. And a quick walk over to the Bay side to watch 4th of July fireworks to top it off.

The neighboring units are also rentals; noise may be heard from time to time.

San Diego Airport flight path runs over South Mission Bay. Airplane noise may be heard; however, departing flights are not permitted between 11:30pm-6:30am.

This home is monitored by exterior surveillance cameras and interior noise monitoring devices.

Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also provided for your use.

Complimentary starter pack of amenities including rolls of paper towels, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, dishwashing liquid, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, toilet paper, and detergent. You are responsible for the purchase of any additional items you may require during your stay.
