Beach access is a short walk down the street. Beach access point 37A is directly down Hartnett Blvd — a 3-minute walk from the front door.
Private heated pool and hot tub, no extra fee. The pool is 15×30 ft with a separate 6×6 hot tub. Pool heating is included in the rate, though the property notes that in freezing conditions the heater may not bring the water to a comfortable temperature.
Chef's kitchen with Wolf range and Sub-Zero refrigerator. The kitchen is outfitted with professional-grade appliances, a large quartz island with seating for 6, and an open layout that seats 12 total between the island and dining table.
Three king bedrooms plus a bunk room. The primary suite has a California king with ensuite bath; two additional king bedrooms share a hallway bath and a third full bath. The fourth bedroom has two sets of twin XL bunks. A queen sleeper sofa adds sleeping capacity beyond the 4-bedroom count.
Screened porch and covered back porch with gas grill. Outdoor living extends to a screened-in porch on one side and a covered porch with a gas grill adjacent to the pool.
Beach gear credit for stays of 3–21 nights. IOP Escapes provides a credit toward rentals from their partner gear vendor — bikes, chairs, umbrellas, kayaks, and paddleboards are among the options. We had a fabulous time this past weekend celebrating my daughter's birthday. Both she and her husband ran the Cooper River Bridge Run. We were able to grill out steaks for dinner and enjoy our time together. The house waas very clean, the kitchen was well stocked and labeled with anything and everything we could ever need. It was fabulous. The home was open and airy. Perfect for everryone to be together. The pool and spa were clean, and the outdoor kitchen/bar area only enhanced the ability to entertain and have a great conversation. The description was spot on and when the opportunity arises, we'd definitely book again. Thank you

Things you need to know

The main living area is designed with a focus on relaxation and group gatherings. Features a large, plush sectional sofa with a matching ottoman.

The property boasts a gourmet "Chef's Kitchen" that was part of a major renovation. Outfitted with top-tier stainless steel appliances, including a Wolf dual-fuel gas range and a Sub-Zero refrigerator. It also features an ultra-quiet Bosch dishwasher.

Rents Saturday - Saturday during the peak spring and summer months.

A keypad is available 24 hours a day to provide entry for guests.

Ring doorbell and floodlight in frontyard.

All bed linens, kitchen towels and bath towels are provided for your convenience. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, shampoo & conditioner, paper towels, etc. but please keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

The private pool can be heated for additional fee of $275/night.

  • Daytime Visitors: Total on-site limit of 20 people (including guests and visitors) per city ordinance

  • Events: Parties, large gatherings, and events are strictly prohibited
  • Noise Ordinance: Quiet hours enforced from 11:00 PM to 9:00 AM; violations may result in immediate removal without refund

Prohibited Activities

  • Pets: Allowed; confirm fees and breed restrictions prior to booking
  • Smoking/Vaping: Strictly prohibited inside the home and on the premises

Equipment & Amenities

  • Parking: Maximum of 4 vehicles; all street-parked vehicles must have all four wheels off the pavement to avoid ticketing
