Welcome to our beautiful newly built vacation home with three sleeping areas and two and a half baths, accommodating up to eight guests. This spacious home is perfect for families or groups seeking a comfortable and relaxing getaway. The grand kitchen is a highlight, featuring ample seating for family meals and a convenient island with bar stools. It boasts top-of-the-line stainless-steel appliances, catering to all the cooking enthusiasts among you. Adjacent to the kitchen is the inviting dining room, complete with a large TV and fireplace. It's the ideal space to unwind after a day of exploring the town or to savor a delightful cup of coffee while admiring the stunning mountain view. The master suite, conveniently located next to the living room, offers a luxurious full bathroom with exquisite finishes. You can choose to indulge in a soothing soak in the tub or enjoy a refreshing shower in the grand shower area. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed, double vanities, and a tub and shower combo. This bathroom is shared with the third bedroom, which includes two twin beds. The size of the bathroom ensures ample space for both bedrooms, providing a comfortable experience for all guests. For nature lovers, our vacation home offers a firepit, perfect for cozy evenings by the fire while taking in the breathtaking sights and views of Eagles Nest. Additionally, guests can enjoy the entertainment options available, including a pool table and a large hot tub. With these amenities, you can expect a truly enjoyable stay During your visit, you'll have access to most of the amenities within Eagles Nest, adding to the convenience and overall experience of your vacation.

This home was absolutely fabulous. No complaints. I would go back and stay here or any of the other eagle nest home. The home is brand new so it's super clean and the hot tub was phenomenal. Maintenance is fast and the stay couldn't be smoother. Definitely recommend.

90% Refund: Receive a 90% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 60 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 59 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.

Things you need to know
All properties are set up for light housekeeping, including linens and towels. We provide a starter set of toilet tissue, paper towels, bath toiletries, dish soap, and trash bags. This is enough for one or two nights, but if you are staying for an extended length of time, you should plan to bring some supplies from home or plan to purchase these items at a grocery store when you arrive.
Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard from 7 am-7 pm Monday-Saturday.
All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
The front porch is monitored by a security camera for safety.
Guests will have access to the entire unit and all amenities within.
Restrictions
- Please be aware that some properties are not equipped with air conditioning. KEY is not responsible for weather conditions at the time of tenancy, and there will be no refunds or switching of properties due to a lack of air conditioning.
- No refunds will be granted for unsatisfactory housekeeping, but every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate your needs.
- We cannot be responsible for changes made by the Owner to the furnishings or equipment in the units. There will be no refunds due to the property not being decorated or accommodated to Tenant’s individual preference or due to minor discrepancies with the website.
- Viewing of PPV programs is prohibited by Owner and will result in a separate charge to the credit card on file.
- We do not permit anyone to check in on Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, or Easter Sunday under any circumstances.
- Refrain from roasting marshmallows in our gas-log fireplaces.
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs.
