Our stay here was nothing less than incredible. We came for my fathers 70th birthday with 16 of us in total and kids ranging from 16 years old all the way down to 1. The layout of the house was perfect for our family and the older boys loved having the two rooms by the pool as their own private space. The pool is wonderful and the walk-in entry to the pool could not have been more perfect for our 1 year old and 3 year old to be able to play in the shallow water. We had a private yoga instructor come and lead a class in the palapa by the pool area thanks to a recommendation from Diego. Even though the yard gets a lot of sun there is always a shady spot between the palapa, the pool loungers, the hammock and the swing chairs. The staff and concierge at this house simply can't be beat. We've stayed at a wide range of houses over the years and non compare to the service level here. All of Diego's recommendations were perfect and the cleaning staff was friendly, kind and efficient!

The house has a backup battery for the modem & router, so you are always online uninterrupted. If you wish to request a portable wireless router, we can gladly have these available for you with an additional rental fee to keep you more connected.

Restrictions
- Holiday dates are excluded from the cancellation policy, as all holiday bookings are non-refundable.
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- With the exception of guests registered in the original booking number, outside visitors not pre-approved are not allowed at any time inside the premises.
- We are a strictly non-smoking rental. We ask that you not smoke in the house at all. If evidence of smoking, such as the smell of cigarettes inside the home and/or cigarette burns on the furniture, is noticed by the cleaning crew there will be a $500 damage assessment.
- Pets are strictly not allowed unless otherwise discussed before booking.
- Our properties are part of beautiful residential neighborhoods where other residents are mutually respectful of each other’s privacy. We ask that you please refrain from having raucous late-night parties and especially from playing loud music or making excessive noise.
- Occupants take full responsibility for securing their personal belongings. Please lock your valuables whenever you leave the house. KEY is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items.
- When using the air-conditioning units, please remember to turn them off when not in use and keep usage to a minimum. Before leaving any room, please remember to switch off all lights. By following these recommendations, you contribute to our collective effort in conserving energy and promoting sustainability.
