We enjoyed our stay at 7 Gambler very much. More than enough bedroom space for our group of 3 couples, kitchen stocked with every utensil you could ever need, easy ski in, Ski out, hot tub. We loved every thing about our stay. The property manager was very responsive and helpful in every way. Parking is limited to one car in the garage and one car pulled right to the house. If more than 2 cars, need to park others in a remote lot. Views were lovely and skiing was great. We would rent here again.

Things you need to know

Housekeeping Service includes full departure clean of the home including linen service, hot tub drain, clean, and refill per Montana State Law, and a refresh service for all stays of 5 nights or more. Refresh service includes straightening of the beds, general dusting/tidying of bedrooms, vacuuming of home, cleaning of bathrooms/kitchen, amenity replenishment, trash removal. Linen exchange and extra refresh services may be requested for an additional fee. Housekeeping Services will be offered between 9am – 5pm.

Groceries will be stocked for arrivals upon request. Featuring Malin & Goetz toiletries, luxury linens and towels are flawlessly placed in each bedroom and bathroom.

A coffee starter kit, salt/pepper, oil/vinegar, cleaning supplies (dish soap, dish detergent, paper towels, etc.) are additionally placed to make your stay as convenient and seamless as possible.

Restrictions

  • Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
  • This property requires at least a 3-night minimum stay. Longer minimums may be required during peak periods. If a rental is taken for less than 3 days, the guest will be charged for 3 nights.
  • Smoking is not allowed in the residence (including on any deck or patio). Failure to comply with this smoking policy will result in possible eviction without refund and/or an assessment of 2 nights rent for loss of use, in addition to any cleaning or other mitigation costs.
  • People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit.
  • Keep the property and all furnishings in good and clean order. Use the property and all furnishings, appliances and equipment only for their intended purposes and in a manner to avoid damage.
  • Pets are NOT allowed in or on the property. Failure to comply with this pet policy will result in possible eviction without refund and/or an assessment of 2 nights rent for loss of use, in addition to any cleaning or other mitigation costs
  • Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle.
  • During the winter season, the property will require snow shoveling services that are contracted privately and directly with the homeowner. The Property must perform any and all duties relating to snow removal for the property throughout the winter season to ensure the property is properly maintained and cared for in accordance with the management agreement with the owner. We may need to access the property to perform required snow removal duties to ensure the property is properly maintained and cared for. All team members of the snow removal team are employees and will exercise reasonable notice when entering the house through knocking and announcing themselves clearly. Employees will only require access to the home for snow removal purposes between the hours of 9am and 4pm and will make every effort to be as efficient as possible to minimize the disturbance during your rental period but they must not be refused entry to perform the required and contracted snow removal services. If at any time, members of the snow removal team are denied entry between 9am and 4pm to perform snow removal services, you may be charged a denial fee up to $500.
  • Not all properties are equipped with a hot tub. No children are permitted in hot tubs at any time without adult supervision. When using the hot tub, remember there is a certain health risk associated with this facility, and such risks may be increased for young children, those in poor health or those with certain health conditions. Use hot tubs at your own risk.
  • Housekeepers drain, sanitize, refill and replenish chemicals in all tubs prior to Guest’s arrival; Therefore, the hot tub may not be warm until later that evening.
  • Do not stand on the hot tub covers. Hot tub covers are for insulation purposes and are not designed to support a person or persons. They will break and you may be charged for replacement and/or injuries may occur. Remember when not using the hot tub, leave cover on so hot tub will stay warm. Additional rules with respect to any hot tub may be posted at the property.
  • The chemical bromine is used for all hot tubs. The Property assumes no responsibility for allergies, irritations, or other issues associated with the use of the hot tubs.
  • Additional drains/cleans of the hot tub are available for a $75 fee.
