Four king suites, each with private en suite bathrooms, provide elevated accommodations for adult guests across both levels. Additional sleeping spaces include a queen bedroom with an extra twin bed and a built in bunk room, creating flexibility for families traveling with children. The open living areas are complemented by modern coastal design, while features such as an elevator, multiple porches, and seamless indoor outdoor flow enhance the overall experience. Parking information

- Parking for 6 cars available. - Use only the parking spaces provided for the property. Offending vehicles may be towed or booted at Guest\`s expense without notice. Motorcycles, campers, RVs, and boat trailers are not allowed. Some of the Resort communities do not allow over-sized vehicles such as Sprinter vans. - Properties that are in gated Resort communities will require a pass to enter the gate. If your home does require any special passes, we will notify you, and provide you with corresponding materials.

Things you need to know

Self Check-In

Private pool can be heated for $125/day for at least a 4-day minimum. Electric pool heater, pool cannot be heated from November to March.

4-seater LSV golf cart (street-legal) is available for rent. ($600/week; Request via Email; Waiver and documentation required; subject to availability)

Each bed within the property will be complete with sheets, pillow cases, and a top blanket and/or comforter upon arrival. Each full bathroom is outfitted with 4 large bath towels, 4 wash cloths, 2 hand towels, and a bath mat.

Fireplace is unavailable for guest use.

Other activities on the Isle of Palms include golfing at Wild Dunes, IOP recreation center (tennis, pickleball, cardio room), kayaking, dolphin watching, crabbing and fishing, walking along the three-mile stretch of sandy beach, combing the shoreline for shells and other treasures, or just simply enjoying the island life.

We do not provide beach gear or bikes.

We do provide an initial supply of paper products like toilet paper and paper towels, but these are not replenished during your visit. We also provide a one-day starter kit of coffee and coffee condiment packs.

Kitchen utensils, cookware, silverware, and other standard kitchen items are provided in the property. Any perishable items (including special seasonings and cooking oils) will not be provided. There are grocery and convenience stores within close driving distance, should you need to purchase additional items.

Note: The linens will only be serviced upon departure unless mid-stay cleans are purchased through our office. Bath towels are not permitted to be taken from our rental homes so we suggest you bring or rent beach or pool towels.

Mid-Stay Cleanings may be purchased for an additional charge. A Mid-Stay clean includes fresh towels and linens, another toiletry start-up kit, trash take-out, dishwasher loading and a light cleaning/vacuum.

Restrictions

Guests & Occupancy

  • Guest named on reservation responsible for all occupants
  • Property for family vacation use only (other purposes require written authorization)
  • No more than 14 adults should be occupying the home
  • Unauthorized extra guests: $25/person/day + possible eviction

Events & Noise

  • This house is not a party house and events are not allowed.  We want you to enjoy your visit and have a good time, but please be mindful of your noise level and occupancy allowances. Isle of Palms has a noise ordinance from 10PM to 10AM.

Prohibited Activities

  • Pets: Unauthorized pets: $200 fee + $500 cleaning charge. Must board pet immediately or leave without refund
  • Smoking: No tobacco, marijuana, e-cigarettes, vaping, or incense indoors - $300 restoration fee
  • Other: No marshmallows in gas log fireplaces
  • Please refrain from hanging decorations on walls and surfaces. If policies are not adhered to, fines up to $500 may be issued or guests may be asked to vacate the home

Equipment & Amenities

  • Mountain access: 4WD vehicle/chains strongly recommended Nov-April due to unpredictable weather
  • Air conditioning: Not available at all properties, no refunds or property switches
  • Elevator: Not available, remains locked
  • Hot tub _(if equipped)_: Rinse before/after use. No lotions, oils, soaps, or additives. Don't tamper with sanitizer dispenser. Keep cover on when not in use (cover damage: $500). Don't unplug. No glassware. Use at own risk
  • Report equipment issues immediately
  • Locked areas reserved for owner storage
