This luxurious ski-in-ski-out home on the Alpine Meadows ski trail couldn’t be more convenient or comfortable. All three livable levels are outfitted with high-end designer fixtures and furnishings including epically comfortable beds that made going back home hard. Oceans of plush couches and chairs are plentiful in the three ample living spaces, all primo spots for movie watching, cocktail hour and catching up. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with anything and everything a cooking person could need or want, garnished with gorgeous views and a conveniently located outdoor grill on a deck with comfy seating and an al fresco dining option. A one-car garage, mudroom and front entry offer lots of tucked-away space for seasonal sporting equipment and apparel. Flat-screen TVs in the 6 bedrooms and all living areas, house-wide Sonos, a functional office, gas fireplace on the main level and a private hot tub round out the top-notch offerings that put 9 Deep Forest on our annual wish list.

Things you need to know
This home comes with a light daily housekeeping service included.
Featuring Malin & Goetz toiletries, luxury linens, and towels are flawlessly placed in each bedroom and bathroom.
A coffee starter kit, salt/pepper, oil/vinegar, and cleaning supplies (dish soap, dish detergent, paper towels, etc.) are additionally placed to make your stay as convenient and seamless as possible.
Housekeeping Service includes full departure clean of the home including linen service, hot tub drain, clean, and refill per Montana State Law, and a refresh service for all stays of 5 nights or more. Refresh service includes straightening of the beds, general dusting/tidying of bedrooms, vacuuming of home, cleaning of bathrooms/kitchen, amenity replenishment, and trash removal. Linen exchange and extra refresh services may be requested for an additional fee. Housekeeping Services will be offered between 9am – 5pm.
Garbage pick-ups are also provided daily as needed, and we additionally will stock groceries for arrivals upon request.
Restrictions
- Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
- This property requires at least a 3-night minimum stay. Longer minimums may be required during peak periods. If a rental is taken for less than 3 days, the guest will be charged for 3 nights.
- Smoking is not allowed in the residence (including on any deck or patio). Failure to comply with this smoking policy will result in possible eviction without refund and/or an assessment of 2 nights rent for loss of use, in addition to any cleaning or other mitigation costs.
- People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit.
- Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle.
- During the winter season, the property will require snow shoveling services that are contracted privately and directly with the homeowner. The Property must perform any and all duties relating to snow removal for the property throughout the winter season to ensure the property is properly maintained and cared for in accordance with the management agreement with the owner. We may need to access the property to perform required snow removal duties to ensure the property is properly maintained and cared for. All team members of the snow removal team are employees and will exercise reasonable notice when entering the house through knocking and announcing themselves clearly. Employees will only require access to the home for snow removal purposes between the hours of 9am and 4pm and will make every effort to be as efficient as possible to minimize the disturbance during your rental period but they must not be refused entry to perform the required and contracted snow removal services. If at any time, members of the snow removal team are denied entry between 9am and 4pm to perform snow removal services, you may be charged a denial fee up to $500.
