This house is beautiful! We had 13 family members (all adults) together for the weekend for a wedding. This house was perfect on space, # of bathrooms, and the decor is top notch. The kitchen is spacious and very open to the eating area and main living room. Loved the 2nd living space below with the added bonus of an arcade machine. The spiral stairs to the top perch was a great place to see the ocean. So many games and activities. Also just a short walk to the beach with lots of shells. The beach is very walkable. The added beach chairs and toys were a bonus. The pool/jacuzzi area is wonderful with a ping pong table and tv. We would definitely come back to this place again!

Things you need to know

Self check-in

Private pool can be heated in Spring or Fall for an additional fee, $175 per day for a 3-day minimum.

4-seater LSV golf cart (street-legal) is available for rent. ($150/night or $600/week; Request via Email; Waiver and documentation required; subject to availability).

Fireplace is unavailable for guest use.

Other activities on the Isle of Palms include, golfing at Wild Dunes, IOP recreation center (tennis, pickleball, cardio room), kayaking, dolphin watching, crabbing and fishing, walking along the three mile stretch of sandy beach, combing the shoreline for shells and other treasures, or just simply enjoying the island life.

Each bed within the property will be complete with sheets, pillow cases, and a top blanket and/or comforter upon arrival. Each full bathroom is outfitted with 4 large bath towels, 4 wash cloths, 2 hand towels, and a bath mat.

We do provide an initial supply of paper products like toilet paper and paper towels, but these are not replenished during your visit. We also provide a one-day starter kit of coffee and coffee condiment packs.

Kitchen utensils, cookware, silverware, and other standard kitchen items are provided in the property. Any perishable items (including special seasonings and cooking oils) will not be provided. There are grocery and convenience stores within close driving distance, should you need to purchase additional items.

Note: The linens will only be serviced upon departure unless mid-stay cleans are purchased through our office. Bath towels are not permitted to be taken from the rental home so we suggest you bring or rent beach or pool towels.

Mid-Stay Cleanings may be purchased for an additional charge. A Mid-Stay clean includes fresh towels and linens, another toiletry start-up kit, trash take-out, dishwasher loading and a light cleaning/vacuum.
