KEY Curation Notes

Ski-in/ski-out from the Explorer Gondola at your doorstep. You’re slopeside at the Beaverhead condos above Mountain Village, with the White Wing run delivering you directly back to the garage.

Two en-suite master bedrooms with kings, each with a full bathroom. Main floor also has a queen guest room; upstairs is a bunk room sleeping six, plus a sleeper sofa—13 beds total.

Private hot tub on the deck and propane grill for entertaining. The space overlooks Andesite and Spanish Peaks; 2500+ sq ft with a newly renovated kitchen, wood-burning fireplace, and open living and dining areas.

Mountain summers call for open windows and cross-ventilation. The absence of air conditioning keeps the experience authentic to Big Sky’s typically mild summer temperatures.

The home is well-stocked with linens, towels, and kitchen essentials to get you started. Trash bags, dish soap, paper goods, foil, storage bags, coffee filters, and full towel sets arrive ready to use. For week-long group stays, grocery delivery can fill out your pantry.

Parking information

- Driveway and detached garage with ski boot warmers. - Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Any cars parked otherwise are subject to towing; any applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

Things you need to know

We provide a variety of linens including sheets, pillows, blankets, comforters, body towels, hand towels, and hot tub towels.

Our amenities also include essential hygiene items such as hand soap, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and hairdryers.

We supply household necessities like toilet paper, tissues, and paper towels. In the kitchen, you'll find garbage bags, ziplock bags, Reynold wrap, Saran wrap, dishwashing tabs, dish soap, sponges, and cleaning supplies.

Laundry soap, bleach, dryer sheets, vacuum, iron and ironing board are available at the property.

A full kitchen inventory is available upon request.

Summer guests are encouraged to take part in good ole' Montana A/C which is opening windows at night, and closing them up during the day. Closing them during the day will help keep cool air inside, and we ask that you do so if you are not present at the home as well.

Restrictions

Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
Pets are not permitted under any circumstances on or in the property, and evidence of a pet will be grounds for immediate termination of the agreement, expulsion of all Guests and/or Guest invitees or individuals and forfeiture of any rent paid.
No smoking is permitted on, at, or in any part of the property.
Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only.
Daily housekeeping service is not included in the rental rate.
No children under the age of 12 permitted in hot tubs without an adult present at all times.
