What a beautiful home! Everything was exactly as described in the listing and we would stay here again and again! I’m pretty particular about cleanliness and this home exceeded my expectations. A great layout for giving everyone their own space. The only negative would be the lack of internet service during our stay making watching TV not possible due to all TV’s being “smart TV’s “ only accessible through WiFi service. Since it rained heavily the first few days it made for very quiet evenings with no service. I would most definitely suggest renting a golf cart for trips into town. It wasn’t very far away but the roads were dirt and very very dark at night. The gentlemen that provided gate security were so friendly and helpful. If possible, remember them with a pizza or snacks as they work long hours. Do not hesitate in doing business with Stay in Tamarindo

Restrictions

  • Holiday dates are excluded from the cancellation policy, as all holiday bookings are non-refundable.
  • Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
  • Please note that there is construction in the area. It will possibly finish at the end of 2024.
  • With the exception of guests registered in the original booking number, outside visitors not pre-approved are not allowed at any time inside the premises.
  • We are a strictly non-smoking rental. We ask that you not smoke in the house at all. If evidence of smoking, such as the smell of cigarettes inside the home and/or cigarette burns on the furniture, is noticed by the cleaning crew there will be a $500 damage assessment.
  • Our properties are part of beautiful residential neighborhoods where other residents are mutually respectful of each other’s privacy. We ask that you please refrain from having raucous late-night parties and especially from playing loud music or making excessive noise.
  • Occupants take full responsibility for securing their personal belongings. Please lock your valuables whenever you leave the house. KEY is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items.
  • When using the air-conditioning units, please remember to turn them off when not in use and keep usage to a minimum. Before leaving any room, please remember to switch off all lights.
