A ground-floor private patio delivers the full entertaining suite: hot tub, built-in BBQ, fridge, fire pit, porch swing, and abundant seating. Open-concept living pairs naturally with the outdoor spaces, making this ideal for groups and gatherings.

This ground-floor duplex welcomes one dog (non-shedding, under 25 lbs) for a $200 non-refundable fee, with three bedrooms across one level and two complimentary beach cruiser bikes for guest use. The primary bedroom offers an ensuite, while guest bedrooms share hallway access to a second full bath.

Two designated parking spaces come with the rental, plus in-unit laundry, Smart TV, Wi-Fi (100+ Mbps), and a starter pack of paper goods and cleaning supplies. Beach chairs and umbrella are provided for immediate beach access.

This is a ground-floor unit in a duplex, so occasional upstairs noise is possible, and the quiet neighborhood has strict noise enforcement monitored by exterior cameras and interior noise-monitoring devices. The rental operates under a 30+ age requirement and strict no-party policy with immediate eviction for violations.

While garage parking remains private for the upstairs guests, beach items and bikes are stored in the garage for your use.

This home is monitored by exterior surveillance cameras and interior noise monitoring devices.

We supply a starter pack of paper goods and cleaning products. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, multi-purpose spray, hand & dish soap, and shower sets.

Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are also provided for your use.

Restrictions

Minimum night stay requirements vary by home and time of year.
This rental has strict house rules and is only suitable for quieter groups. No tolerance policy exists for excessive noise, occupancy, parties, or smoking. Failure to abide by these policies may lead to immediate eviction without a refund.
If all guests are adults, all guests must be over the age of 30.
No guests in excess of the maximum occupancy specified in the rental agreement shall occupy the property.
The property may not be used for weddings, receptions, parties, or any other large gatherings.
No illegal substances are allowed on the premises, including, without limitation, minors possessing alcoholic beverages.
