Dual master suites set this apart from most four-bedroom mountain homes. Each master has a private ensuite; two additional bedrooms and a sofa bed in the living room round out sleeping for up to 10.
Multi-level decks deliver long-range Blue Ridge views from nearly every vantage point. The outdoor space includes a fire pit, BBQ grill, and seating areas designed to make the most of the elevation.
The hot tub is private to the home. The community pool is seasonal (Memorial Day through Labor Day) and shared with the broader Blue Ridge Mountain Club.
Blue Ridge Mountain Club membership perks are substantial. Access includes the Ascent Wellness & Fitness Center, spa services, Lookout Grill restaurant, pickleball and basketball courts, a natural swimming hole, and 6,000+ acres of hiking and UTV trails — all within the gated community.
Connectivity is strong for a mountain property. Gigabit internet and a Verizon network extender are in place, which is notable for a remote gated community.
Active construction is ongoing within Blue Ridge Mountain Club. Noise is possible Monday through Saturday during permitted hours; it has been disclosed upfront and reservations will not be moved for this reason.
Washer and dryer are in-unit. Linens and towels are provided; starter supplies are standard — KEY.co can arrange grocery delivery before your arrival if you'd like the kitchen ready on day one.

The main roads are plowed in winter, but 4WD or AWD vehicles are required from November to March, and chains may also be necessary to access all properties in the winter months.

Things you need to know

The Blue Ridge Mountain Club is an up-and-coming community with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard Monday through Thursday from 7am to 7pm, and on Fridays from 7am to 5pm. Quiet interior work is allowed on Saturdays from 8am to 5pm. Construction is NOT allowed on Sundays. New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day will not have construction. Once reserved, guests will not be moved due to construction noise as it has been disclosed.

Please note that the outdoor fireplace is currently inoperable and unable to be used.

Please note that the owners of this home use security cameras to monitor the exterior of their home to ensure it remains safe when unoccupied. No cameras are aimed at the bedrooms, doors, or windows. One camera is pointing towards the driveway, one camera is a doorbell camera at the front door, and the other camera is outside on the top floor, pointing down at the ground.

The trails here are for hiking only. Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs, UTVs, mountain bikes, or dirt bikes.

All stays at the Blue Ridge Mountain Club have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.

All properties are set up for light housekeeping, including linens and towels. We provide a starter kit of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, hand soap, bathroom toiletries, laundry detergent, and garbage bags. It’s enough for one or two nights, but will likely not be enough to get you through your entire stay. If you are staying for an extended length of time, you should plan to bring some supplies from home or plan to purchase these items at a grocery store when you arrive.

Homes are not stocked with cooking oils or spices, hairdryers, condiments, coffee, coffee filters, or food storage items including plastic wrap or foil. Our homes come equipped with a basic set of cookware, sufficient plates & silverware for the occupancy of the home, and basic serving and baking dishes. Most homes do not have unusual items such as crock pots or blenders, so if you’re planning a dish that requires an unusual item it is best to bring that from your home.

We provide one towel and washcloth per person that each respective house accommodates, plus a few extra towels if there is a hot tub. The beds are made up with clean linens (except bunks, sleepers, and futons, but linens are provided on-site). If you routinely use two towels after bathing, you may need to bring some of your own.

Restrictions

Guests & Occupancy

  • Age requirements: Primary guest must be at least 25 years old and must remain on-site for the full stay.
  • Maximum occupancy: Occupancy limits (including children) must not be exceeded at any time.
  • Guest accountability: The booking guest is responsible for all occupants, compliance with rules, and any damages beyond normal wear and tear.
  • Unauthorized guests: $25 per person per day for exceeding occupancy; may result in immediate removal.
  • Approved use of property: Use is limited to vacation purposes unless prior written approval is obtained. Subletting or assignment is not permitted without written approval.

Events & Noise

  • Events & gatherings: Not permitted without prior written approval; unauthorized events may result in fines, immediate removal without refund, and charges for damages/cleaning.
  • Noise restrictions: Must comply with local noise regulations at all times.

Prohibited Activities

  • Pets: Allowed only in designated homes with prior approval and a non-refundable pet fee. Unauthorized pets: $200 fee + $500 cleaning fee; may require removal or termination without refund. Pets must meet all listing restrictions and be pre-treated for pests.
  • Smoking/vaping: Strictly prohibited indoors; $300 smoke remediation fee.
  • Illegal activities: Any violation of laws or regulations is prohibited and may result in termination of stay.
  • Fireworks & firearms: Strictly prohibited at all times.
  • Fire/fireplace misuse: No burning wood in gas fireplaces. No roasting food in fireplaces. Unauthorized outdoor fires prohibited (fees apply).
  • EV charging: Prohibited unless specifically approved; $500 fine.

Equipment & Amenities

  • Appliances & equipment: No refunds for malfunctions (TV, hot tub, appliances, etc.).
  • Equipment reporting: Issues must be reported promptly; repairs will be attempted but are not guaranteed.
  • Parking rules: Vehicle limits apply; some areas restrict motorcycles, RVs, or trailers. No roadside parking if prohibited.
  • Restricted areas: Locked closets/areas are off-limits.
  • Firewood: Available for purchase ($25/day) with 7-day advance notice.

Checkout & Care

  • Check-in: Begins at 4:00 PM (may vary up to 5:00 PM depending on home/season). No early check-in guarantees or compensation.
  • Checkout: By 10:00 AM.
  • Key return: $25 fee for lost keys.
  • Cleaning expectations: Leave the property in reasonable condition. Bag and dispose of trash, start dishwasher, and place used towels as instructed.
  • Furniture & home care: Maintain cleanliness and avoid unsafe or unsanitary conditions.
  • Supplies: Starter supplies only; additional items must be purchased by guests.
