KEY Curation Notes

Penthouse-level downtown location a couple of blocks from Whitefish's main street, with views of Big Mountain, Lion Mountain, and the Whitefish River from two private patios accessed via accordion glass doors off the main living area.
Every bedroom has a full en-suite — the king master with steam shower, the queen bedroom with steam shower and patio access, and the bunk room with a full bathtub. Two of the three feature heated electronic toilets, a genuine luxury differentiator at this price point.
Shared rooftop terrace with outdoor kitchen, gas firepit, grill, and panoramic views of Big Mountain and Glacier National Park — the best amenity in the building, shared with the other O'Brien penthouse unit.
Sleeping setup spans a king master, a queen, and a bunk room with twin-over-full plus a twin trundle — the bunk room can sleep up to four, making this work well for a group that includes kids or needs the extra beds.
Wet bar with wine refrigerator and ice machine in the main living area, alongside a double-oven kitchen — noticeably well-equipped for a downtown condo.
Dedicated ski locker, two covered parking spaces, and building elevator are all included — practical for ski trips without the on-mountain location.
Starter supplies are minimal — the kit covers basics but not a full first-night grocery run. KEY.co can arrange grocery delivery before arrival.
