The kitchen also boasts a silent garbage disposal, a pantry with a coffee bar and appliance shelves, and a massive granite island with four counter stools. Just steps away, through the sliding glass doors, you'll find the covered outside kitchen entertainment area, complete with granite counters and a built-in Coyote grill. Enjoy al fresco dining and relax in the outdoor seating area. When it's time to unwind, you'll discover three lovely bedrooms to choose from. One of the cleanest and newest cabin I have ever seen. All the furniture and kitchen equipment are brand new. The view was fantastic. We spent couple of hours outside by the fire place every day. They turned the garage to a game room with a ping pong tables, video games, board games and etc. If you have kids, they wont leave the game room. I wish the cabin has a hot tub. That would have been awesome.

All linens and towels are provided for your stay.
Eagles Nest is an up-and-coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7 am-7 pm Monday through Saturday.
The summer concerts are open to all guests however there may be an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.
All properties are set up for light housekeeping, including linens and towels. We provide a starter set of toilet tissue, paper towels, bath toiletries, dish soap, and trash bags. This is enough for one or two nights, but if you are staying for an extended length of time, you should plan to bring some supplies from home or plan to purchase these items at a grocery store when you arrive.
All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
Homes are not stocked with cooking oils or spices, hairdryers, condiments, coffee, coffee filters, or food storage items including plastic wrap or foil.
Restrictions
- Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs.
- Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.)
- Please be aware that some properties are not equipped with air conditioning. KEY is not responsible for weather conditions at the time of tenancy, and there will be no refunds or switching of properties due to a lack of air conditioning.
- Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking or with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax per night.
- No refunds will be granted for unsatisfactory housekeeping, but every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate your needs.
- We cannot be responsible for changes made by the Owner to the furnishings or equipment in the units. There will be no refunds due to the property not being decorated or accommodated to Tenant’s individual preference or due to minor discrepancies with the website.
- We do not permit anyone to check in on Christmas Day, Thanksgiving Day, or Easter Sunday under any circumstances.
- Refrain from roasting marshmallows in our gas-log fireplaces.
