Such a beautiful place! We ran from an ice storm on the east coast and could not have picked a better location! The views were amazing and the house had everything we needed. It was close to all the action but still private and very comfortable. The house was so clean and comfortable, it was just perfect

Guests & Occupancy
- Age requirement: Booking guest must be 18+ and assume full liability for the reservation.
- Guests must provide accurate and truthful booking information; false or misleading information may result in immediate eviction without refund.
Events & Noise
- On-site parties or group events are strictly prohibited unless pre-approved in writing. Unauthorized events result in immediate eviction without refund.
- All noise and music must remain indoors at a reasonable level by 9:00–10:00 PM. No outdoor music after this time.
- Property is equipped with exterior noise monitoring devices.
- Neighbor complaints or non-compliance with noise policies will result in immediate eviction without refund.
Prohibited Activities
- Pets: Cats and dogs allowed with prior host approval at $90 per pet, per night. Service animals exempt from fees but must follow house rules (not permitted on furniture).
- Smoking: Strictly prohibited indoors; permitted only in designated outdoor areas. $250 fine for violations.
Equipment & Amenities
- Staff may enter outdoor areas for scheduled maintenance (pool serviced Thursdays; gardener on 1st and 3rd Thursdays of each month).
- Exterior cameras in place for safety and rule enforcement.
Checkout & Care
- $200 fee if home is left excessively messy and requires additional cleaning.
- Linens and towels: $35 per stained or ruined towel; $200 per stained sheet or duvet cover.
Liability & Disclaimers
- $500–$1,000 security deposit may be required.
- Booking guest assumes full responsibility and liability for all occupants during the stay.
