- Parking is limited to four spaces at the cabin, you are not allowed to park at the other homes located on the road.

We absolutely loved our stay! Everything was cozy and perfect. We enjoyed a campfire and hot tub time every night. Our little family of 3 were in desperate need of a getaway and this delivered. 90% Refund: Receive a 90% refund when you cancel your reservation at least 60 days before check-in.
No Refund: Reservations canceled 59 days or less before check-in are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds subject to a 10% processing fee of the total.
Things you need to know
Well-stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals.
There is a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple of garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.
Towels and linens are provided.
Firewood is not provided at the home but may be purchased in advance from our office with at least one week (7 days) notice. Firewood is $25/day for 2 bundles of wood and a Firestarter log.
Restrictions
- Minimum nights of stay vary by time of year.
- All equipment in the unit should be in working order. Please immediately report any equipment problems to the office.
- If you are not satisfied with the housekeeping upon arrival, please notify our office immediately.
- Please be aware that certain communities have strict standards regarding the number of vehicles at a property. Some areas may not allow motorcycles, RVs, or trailers. You must adhere to these regulations at all times during your stay.
- Any locked closets or other locked areas are reserved for the storage of Owners’ private property. They are not included in this rental.
- Agent is not responsible for items left in rental units. In the event that Tenant leaves behind items of utmost importance, Agent will attempt to retrieve and return items at Tenant’s expense, but such retrieval cannot and will not be guaranteed.
- Tenant understands that Property is a privately owned vacation rental home and is not intended to serve as an event venue. If the Tenant wishes to hold any form of celebration, gathering, reunion, or other event at the Property, the Tenant must first seek written permission from the Agent before the reservation will be accepted or confirmed.
